Not very welcoming service. I was coming in 3 times, and could not get information I asked for, no one contacted me (they promised to call back). Then I was trying to purchase a gift massage and all the slots I needed (they work only on Saturday during the weekends) were booked month ahead. And I was not offered any alternative, a waitlist if the slot is available just kind of “no slot, sorry”. Not the level of service one could expect. Oh well.
I was not able to say at the salon my feelings.😥 I went directly to buy blue and purple shampoo to fix it.
I called in asking about their prices for Chemical peels. The woman put me on hold them came back and said it was $87. I asked if she was sure because they are usually over $200. She came back again and then said $120. I asked if I could speak the the aesthetician to find out why it was so cheap. She was very rude that I requested that then put me on hold again. When the aesthetician came in I asked why it was so cheap because I said you usually get what you pay for. She too was very rude. But I said I would call around and probably call back to take the 1:30 appointment they said was open. 6 minutes later I called back and it went strait to voicemail. I left a nice message asking if I could take that time slot and if they could call me back. Well no call. I called back 8 times and it said it would not take my call. I waited 10 minutes then called back. When the receptionist answered my call she was very rude again and said that the 1:30 appointment was miraculously filled. So I asked if I could come in later that day and she rudely said their were no more appointments available!! Not only have they lost a customer but best believe I will use my voice and my pen to let everybody know that their customer service is sub par and they are extremely rude!! You will get better service at Massage Envy!!
I had a great time today. Beautiful new location. I had the Ginger body treatment. So relaxing and my attendant was very detailed and very professional. Great experience
UPDATE: I called the salon one last time and finally got someone on the phone. They’ve issued me a full refund. Changing from 1 star to 3.
I told the stylist what I wanted – light facial framing, swoop cut, 2 inches off, and no layers. What I got was – botched facial framing (looks like she just cut off a chunk of hair in the front, photo attached) and LAYERS. I told her my concerns with the cut, and after her failed attempts of trying to fix it I just paid and left, thinking it was mostly okay.
After getting home and taking a closer look, I realized how messy and uneven the cut is. It was $70. I called the salon 4-5 times, left a message, and nobody got back to me.
Also, the stylist was blaming my hair type (straight and smooth) for the way the cut was turned out – trying to make it my fault. I’ve never had a stylist mention my hair being difficult to cut before, and I’ve also never had such a horrible hair cut.
I am attending a wedding in a week and am very upset about this.
This is by far my favorite hair salon. I’ve never had to wait when I’ve arrived, they are so nice and friendly. The salon is clean and so stylish. I feel so relaxed while I’m there. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone!
I am so upset right now. I scheduled a special package for my daughters birthday. The guy that took our reservation did not seem to know what he was doing so I should have known. He totally booked us for the wrong package. When we walked in today to enjoy our afternoon together we found this out and they couldn’t do the package we scheduled. Very upsetting! Be careful who makes your appointment!
Highly recommended I had a facial and a face massage for my birthday here and it was so amazing and relaxing. I’m definitely coming back. Thanks for a great service you’ve earned a few clients.
I have been a regular customer here for several years. I like the salon. I love Aci who is one of the manicurists. However I have had some bad experiences here. The current lash girl is good but literally every second time I book she can’t do my lashes. They cancelled on me today for the third time in the last couple months two days before I fly for Thanksgiving and they can’t get me in before I leave. I witnessed two of the staff get into an argument in the main lobby a few weeks back. The lash girl before this one did not do a good job of my lash extensions and I stopped getting extensions for a couple of years because of my experience with her. I let them know they’ve lost me as a client. I like the place but they just are not reliable .

I went today for a haircut with Ryan for the first time and couldn’t be happier! Ryan did a great job and took the extra time to make final adjustments at the end to ensure I was happy with all the final touches! The environment is incredible. It’s very spacious and clean. While I was the first haircut of the day on a Sunday, Ryan was ready and waiting so that I didn’t have to. Overall this was a top notch experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommended for any services and Ryan is nothing but a total professional! Bravo!

I have been a customer at Oasis for ~9 years and the service/experience is always AMAZING! Taylor is a master at her craft and always makes me feel (and look) so much better after a visit (hair cut/balayage/highlight) Many of the stylists are new but are also getting great feedback during my appointments.
Keli who does my skin treatments for ~2 years is professional, trustworthy, and gives honest suggestions on how I can navigate my aesthetic facial treatments. Keli makes me feel comfortable and I feel so much better after my visit! Her and Rachel in the Medspa make my experience personal and friendly, while keeping the interactions extremely professional.
All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. This is a great place for any treatment or service!
