Perfection as always! A luxurious environment with a welcoming, expert staff. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after every single visit.My most recent visits included a facial, massage and haircut/color. The facial & massage were nothing short of amazing and left my skin soft & glowing.
Denise worked an absolute miracle with my hair by giving me a new hairstyle and a beautifully rich hair color.
I did not recognize myself (in a good way)!. I have received so many compliments on my new hairdo. Thank you so much Denise!

Relaxing, peaceful! Once you enter the door it’s like you’ve escaped somewhere wonderful. Have gone back for all services over and over and never been disappointed! Thankful to have this gem so nearby.
Went in for a bleach and tone and haircut. It took two hours for my stylist to fully apply bleach with foils, which left my hair chemically cut. I asked for two inches off and she cut 5 without communicating that she had cut more than requested until the end, she had cut more to hide the chemical cut. When she did communicate that she cut more she said “I cut five inches but you can’t even tell.” Then proceeded to change the subject. I had also gone in to get a light purple root dyed brown that would melt into a blonde (all except roots were already blonde.) The purple turned orange and my stylist proceeded to tell me it was “just apart of the process” and still charged me $210 even through my stylist was 100% confident in the style and color we both chose. She added brown lowlights that did not complement the blonde, cut off 5 inches vs the requested 2, turned my roots orange, and fried my hair.
My stylist initially agreed to fix the orange for free but when I went in a second time she charged me $40 for the product. (Understandable, BUT I was paying for her mistake. So in this situation not understandable.) I emailed the salon and they refunded me. I was pleased with the $40 refund.
However, I am now realizing just how badly my hair is damnaged. I’ve had long healthy hair for my whole life and the first appointment completely damaged my hair. In addiction to the cost of the first appointment($210) I have spent over $200 in hair products to try and restore it to the condition it was in previous to the first appointment but it just isn’t the same, my hair continues to shorten because of overly processed ends every day. Further more, I am so disappointed that my stylist was not transparent about the condition of my hair after she had processed and cut it.
I will not be returning to this salon.
Horrible experience, horrible customer service
Lindsay gave me two fantastic treatments, I’ve never had a better facial. The spa was very comfortable, relaxing and clean. I would definitely go back!

Nice facility, very large. Friendly staff. Make sure you tell them you don’t want a ‘new’ person. Last two waxings have been with girls right out of beauty School. Service took forever and not the best result

I get my haircut here by Hope, who is wonderful and does an amazing job. She is exceedingly friendly and makes your time in her chair fun. I’ve recommended her to friends and would continue to do so.
I have also had massages and a facial here. These are more variable. The massage quality really depends on the tech. Some have added nice touches, like heat on your shoulders while they work on your legs and arms. Others have felt a little rushed and clumsy. The one facial I have had was lovely. The chair was very comfortable, the products were very nice and the service specialized to my skincare concerns.

This place is amazing! I had the best haircut by Carly who managed to give me the haircut I never thought was possible. Will be back to see her and for other services! I also love the products they use but that they didn’t push you to buy anything. Thanks Carly!!
