I’ve been going to Oasis Spa since they opened. I absolutely love the atmosphere and customer service. I highly recommend their services!! I’ve had my hair cut, nails polished, eye brows waxed and colored, body spray tanned, not to mention facials and massages! My only complaint, I can’t seem to find the time to go often enough!! They also offer gift certificates and I for one LOVE getting them and giving them!!
I never leave reviews and this is my first but the host, Sally was not only unprofessional but making assumptions that were ignorant and disrespectful!
I took my mom there for the Moroccanoil Scalp Massage. Since it was for my mom, I had my almost 2-year old son with me. After filling out the info sheet, the host led us to the lounge area and said that we could wait in there as my mom finishes her massage. My son didn’t make much noise but the host was already sh-ing him. I thought it was strange but oh well.
After my mom was done, she came out her massage with her hair turned upside down. She said the massage therapist didn’t say anything to her except that she was done. The host came back in and said that we were done and to keep my son quiet. I asked her if there were directions for her hair and she said there’s nothing. Curious, I asked her why the therapist didn’t say anything to my mom and she said it was probably because she didn’t look like she spoke English! That’s when everything turned sour! What? My mom can speak English fine and they just assumed that she couldn’t? She said that she was assuming that the therapist thought that since I was with my mom and thought I was her interpreter. What?! How can you just assume like that.
Also, later she told me that children weren’t allowed in the waiting area. There was no sign to tell me that nor did she inform me of this detail. She kept motioning for him to be quiet. She told me then that people with children usually were asked to stay in another area. Well, I would have gladly stayed there but she didn’t tell me either! What kind of service is this? Setting us up to fail? Sally needs proper training and etiquette. I was enraged at the poor service! Never coming back here again!!!
I contracted an eye infection after having eyelash extensions put on and the salon wouldn’t do anything about it.
During the process, I had indicated to the gal doing the extensions that my eyes were burning a bit and she assured me that they use high quality products and glue. I only wear one contact (mono vision) and had told the gal about this (we even had a conversation about getting used to only wearing one contact lens). Whenever I would say that they were burning, she would take a small fan and blow my eyes with it – I’m not sure if it was to help ease my pain or to dry the glue.
When I left both eyes were really red, and the receptionists commented that the redness from the glue would be gone in the morning. However, what I experienced was far from gone; I went to urgent care two days later and was diagnosed with Conjunctivitis from being exposed to liquid chemicals or fumes – my condition did not appear to be due to an eye infection as per the paperwork that I took home from the doctor’s visit.
I contacted the Salon and really had a difficult time in getting the manager to call me back. Once we talked, she said that there was nothing that she could do because there was no way that I could prove that my conjunctivitis was caused by them and that no one else had ever complained about this. I just find it very interesting that my eyes were fine on Friday before I went in, and after the eyelash extensions my eyes were very red and swollen. Now I am not only out the approximately $200 that I spent for these, I am also out for the cost for a visit to urgent care, a prescription for eyedrops and one lost day of work.
My eyes continue to be itchy and I am waiting for the eyelashes to fall out – I don’t want to risk having my eyes irritated again by having them removed.
Would I recommend Oasis Spa and Salon …. NO WAY. No customer service and they don’t care what happens to their customers and won’t do anything to help you out!
Ami has been my stylist for years and I have absolutely never been disappointed! She knows me, and really knows her stuff! I thoroughly enjoy every visit and get so many compliments on my hair!
Oasis has such a nice environment and a convenient location! I love going in here to get my brows done. All of their staff are really talented and experienced and you can be sure that it is worth your money. Considering the prices of other salons of this caliber, Oasis charges relatively little for their services, which is much appreciated by me.
When I walked in I was really impressed with the atmosphere and the great customer service. The front desk ladies were attentive as well as welcoming. The salon is beautifully designed with a very clean appearance. I certainly appreciate the amenities.
The service I received was a cut and I also purchased some hair product. Everything I received was great. My cut was done exactly the way I wanted it done. I didn’t leave feeling like someone did something they wanted with my hair, which can happen sometimes. The service wasn’t too short and wasn’t too long. My hair was styled very pretty; I was definitely happy : )
The prices are a little on the high side, otherwise, 5 stars all the way!
I had a massage by Roxanne and get my hair cut by Brynn. Oasis is relaxing, attentive, clean and friendly. I love it!
Oasis is top notch! BEST haircut experience I’ve ever had. I have been telling anyone and everyone to go there for your haircuts. 🙂

I was taken here for a trip to celebrate my birthday. The massage therapist that I had was AWESOME! She knew how to trigger all of the pressure in the right spot and wasn’t chatty or talkative where I was able to just relax, fall asleep and enjoy my service. Also, prior to going into session we were offer robes, tea and water to get ready and prep for the service and the same service was provided after the massage. By far, it is one of the best place to get services around town.
The service was great and fast, but I never felt rushed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A really nice atmosphere.
I had a FABULOUS spa day with my mom and my sister. The facial was one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this place.
My friends and family and I love coming here. It feels like being in a spa in the Caribbean! I usually get a massage from Portia, who is a total massage genius, she is amazing. I also had a spray tan applied for a wedding once and found that experience really great as well. Last time I was there I was surprised to learn that I had earned credits because I had referred my in-laws, and it took a significant chunk off my total bill – which was awesome. I’ve only ever had one experience where I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time for someone who was running late, other than that I’ve always had very prompt service and good communication. The staff is typically very professional. The spa is always extremely clean.
I’ve been seeing Hope for several years now and she is the best stylist! She always listens to what I want and let’s me know if she thinks it’s a good idea or not :). Love the feedback. She also give a wonderful scalp and neck massage during shampooing.
I have had massages here several times. It is truly like an Oasis in Woodinville. Feels like a peaceful escape and I have always been pleased with the services I received.

I’ve been a customer of Oasis for a few years now. Not only is the staff very nice, but the atmosphere is wonderful and the services I’ve received have been outstanding.
I recently had a bit of miscommunication with the staff and when I called to fix the issue they were so incredibly accommodating, thoughtful and polite I was even more blown away. I thought they were fantastic before, but their customer service sets an even higher bar!!
Have gotten haircuts and massages here — the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. It is a nice getaway — a bit pricey, but much better than a commercial massage environment.
What an amazing day. I started the day with a massage followed by a facial. Then I was whisked off for a manicure & pedicure followed by an hair appointment. Everyone was so nice & waited on me all day with tea, water, & protein bars. I felt like a queen.
Always a pleasant experience, from front desk to all their services offered. Professional, courteous, and they pay great attention to detail. Definitely recommended to see their esthetician staff.
