Went in there with a picture of how i wanted my hair with highlights came out not the way i hoped short not even highlighted on the side note my hair is naturally dark black but still can’t barley see any color?? Now need to spend more money for somone else to fix it$$$😞
This was my second time with Jamie, she’s awesome! She understands my hair goals (working on growing it out), and does exactly what I want. Always fun, I actually enjoy getting my hair cut now!
Really disappointed. Went in with a picture of how I would like my hair cut. Came out just how I came in only a half inch off the bottom. 40.00 dollars later. Never again. Might as well went to great clips.
First I want to say that the woman who gave me my mani/pedi was very kind and so were the rest of the staff I interacted with. The one star is for the fact that the pedicure area was really dirty, the smell of strong chemical fumes made it hard to breath and was super unpleasant and the prices are totally absurd. I was charged $40 for a pedicure with no massage, hardly any scrubbing and little to no cuticle cutting. The manicure was $35 and again, no massage, hardly no cuticle cutting or cleaning the nail bed and this is the first time in a long time I came home with nail polish around my nails not where it is supposed to be. Way overpriced for what you get and for the conditions of where you get it.
Always a pleasure to go here! I’ve been going since I moved here almost 13 years ago. Katie owns the salon and she is a local in the area and always making sure everyone leaves with a SMILE!
