Outstanding, professional and fantastic. The moment I walked in was wow. My impression was impressive. Sandra massaged my lumpy sore body. Result is “I’m coming back.” This is the best Friday I’ve had in a long time. Yes I’m recommending to everyone.
Super disappointed in the customer service (or lack thereof) and felt very judged from the moment I walked in to the moment I left for the door. Seeing stylists gathered at the front desk and gossiping about clients wasn’t exactly welcoming. This was just a consultation- you’d think they would want to make a good first impression to ensure loyalty. Stylist that met with me cut me off while I was speaking multiple times, corrected me, and talked about less experienced stylists in the salon who could fit my budget. She wanted me out of that chair. I understand that this is a higher end salon, but customer service is still paramount. If I was treated with kindness, I would have worked hard/saved up to come back.
