I have had skin cancers since 1976 -77, during those 45 years, I’ve had six surgery on my face, one on my leg, and more nitro and chemo cream treatments that I can count. Dr Smith did two surgical procedures on my face, they are the absolutely the best, painless, and scarless. I’ve lived in five States had many excellent dermatologist.. Dr Smith is top of my list as a skilled physician, she is humble, caring and thorough. Everything you want in your physician.

Very professional and caring
A truly caring and professional staff and medical team. I’m well taken care of, and the treatments are doing just what they’re supposed to. It took some time to find the right one, but we were determined and the doctor was always focused on my health and on getting better.
The facility is easy to find and relatively to easy to park at. Lobby is clean and open.
In February and March of 2021, I took my 90-year-old father to Advanced Dermatology and Skin Surgery in Walla Walla. We had the fortunate experience of meeting and working with Marla Kae Stahlnecker and her nurse. I am protective of and particular about my father’s care. Marla Kae and her nurse were impressive – kind, compassionate, thorough, and professional. Thank you for genuinely caring . It is evident that you treat your patients as family. My family is most appreciative. Thank you.

I really enjoy several of the medical skin treatments Advance Dermatology has to offer. Their staff is very knowledgeable & kind every time I have visited, including their friendly Doctors which are also up to date on mediccal techniques & practices.
The doctors here have been great but every time they have me come in ten minutes before my scheduled appointment and I still end up waiting over half an hour past my scheduled appointment time.
