I have been Dr. Workman’s patient for over a decade and had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in his office. From the front office, to Olivia who does injectables, to the nurses, they were all very kind and patient and answered any questions I had. Dr.Workman is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and both surgeries he has done for me were life changing. Couldn’t have asked for better results or a better experience.
I have been working with the people of Dr Workman’s office since mid 2021 and have been nothing short of impressed with the knowledge, care, and education I receive. Specifically, I have been seeing Olivia for a number of different treatments and everything she has recommended has been stellar for my appearance goals. She takes the extra steps to ensure her procedures are done with the utmost care and conveying what we are doing each step of the way. Olivia makes me feel like we have been friends our entire lives with the amount of time she has taken to understand my goals while also setting expectations that have always far exceeded my own. Looking back, I would see her and Dr Workman’s team 100 times over. I am a very happy client. 🙂

Have done plastic surgery and med spa services at Dr. Workmans Vancouver location. Have had nothing but great results. The staff is warm, caring and friendly. I always do consults with a few competitors in the area and have chose them because of the way I’m treated. I get educated then go home and do my own research. I felt like they listen. I’m very clear on what to expect and after care was exceptional too. I won’t shop next time. Just plan on being a loyal client for any future services I may want.
I would like to say a “big thanks” to Sharla! She was so sweet! This was my first consultations of ever having any procedure done to address my tear troughs. She explained in great detail the process of doing injections.With pictures and explanation. After doing an evaluation. She told me “to be quite honestly my tear troughs would not benefit me from injections.” She explained the removing of the fat pads under my eyes would be the direction I should go. The meeting was Very informative, she didn’t rush me at all. She asked several times if I had any more questions, plus she gave me a few ideas of great facial surgeons in the portland area, where i live.
I chose Dr. Michael Workman’s practice to remove excess skin from my arms after weight loss following weight loss surgery. I felt confident & comfortable in every step of the process from the initial consultation in Kennewick to the surgery day in Vancouver & at my first follow up appt back in Kennewick. I am one week post-op now & feeling well. I am happy with the work performed & must say that every staff member was helpful, kind, caring & knowledgable. I would recommend Dr. Workman to anyone looking to have procedures of this kind done. Thank you Dr. Workman & staff.

I am currently in the process of CoolSculpting, done by Mikelle, and I cannot recommend this office enough! Firstly, the consultation was beyond easy to schedule and even easier to attend. I was greeted immediately and then visited by Mikelle. She extended proper knowledge and answered any questions I had (which were few due to her own experience and understanding of her patients and the overall process). I made the appointment and when the time came, I was contacted with a confirmation notification and a friendly notification from Mikelle. Once I arrived for my appointment, Mikelle reviewed the process and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. After verification, she continued to check up on me to confirm. When it was over, I was having difficulty with payment but Mikelle was able to work with me to provide an ultimate solution. I made another appointment and am completely eager to attend. After my first appointment, Mikelle was also extremely open and made sure I knew I could contact her for any questions. I cannot emphasize enough, how professional, flexible, friendly, comforting, honest, kind, and wonderful this office, and Mikelle is. If you’re looking for a great experience and to be in the hands of someone who truly cares, I recommend this office, over and over.
