Dr. Lauren Boudreaux has been involved with dermatology for more than 10 years, beginning with a position in a general dermatology practice during her undergraduate education. She found and then followed this passion throughout medical school and residency as she trained in Texas and New York City. Dr. Boudreaux has worked alongside experts in the field of cosmetic and laser medicine, and has published on a variety of subjects in dermatologic journals. In Vancouver, she offers an array aesthetic treatments as well as medical and surgical dermatology.

Love the experience. Didn’t wait. Was in and out quickly. Staff and Dr are terrific! Took care of my main reason for the visit and a few additional as well!! I was very lucky to be able to come on a cancellation so I didn’t have to wait for an appointment. Win for me!!
I had a 7am appt and yet that early they were all cheerful. Very comfortable and Dr Lauren is delightful.

Great! I had a consult for a basal cell carcinoma on my nose and MOHS surgery was required. I was concerned with having a big hole in my nose (Vancouver Clinic did my last MOHS and I’m not pleased with it). Dr. Fancher explained the options, and that they would take care of it after MOHS was completed. So they did the MOHS – in a private room that I stayed in as they ran pathology, etc., instead of a common waiting room – and then we re-reviewed the reconstruction options. Dr. Fancher explained them well, answered my questions, and I took her recommendation. She performed the reconstruction under a local and it took under an hour. Pain was managed with mild prescription painkiller then some ibuprofen, then nothing after 2 days. Returned a week later and to get stitches out and all went well.
The staff were all friendly and nice, and answered all questions without pretense. All were kind and helpful. Dr. Fancher was easy to relate to and she did a great job. She warned me there would be a scar – no way around that – and that’s fair. It’s been 4 weeks and I’m healing well. I’ll have a scar check appointment in February but I anticipate that should all be fine.
Silver Falls Dermatology and Dr. Fancher did a great job both as surgeons and in taking care of me. I’ve had Vancouver Clinic and SFD do MOHS surgery on my head and I’ll stick with Silver Falls! (I was taken care of in the Vancouver office.)
I had an excellent experience. Dr. Lauren knew exactly what I had as soon as she saw it. She’s very knowledgeable, very friendly, and kind. I had a good experience with the support staff as well.
