She found and then followed this passion throughout medical school and residency as she trained in Texas and New York City. Dr. Boudreaux has worked alongside experts in the field of cosmetic and laser medicine, and has published on a variety of subjects in dermatologic journals. In Vancouver, she offers an array aesthetic treatments as well as medical and surgical dermatology.

The staff is professional and friendly. My appointment was exactly on time and I felt well cared for.
When I arrived, I realized after talking to the receptionist that I had the wrong date but they worked to squeeze me in, and I had some minor surgery performed, and I’m very happy with it all who helped at the clinic.
All at SFD are always caring,respectful,and gentle.
They take their time to explain the procedures,and answer any questions I have.
I’ve been going to the Vancouver SFD close to 3 years now.Up to today excellent care .
Dr. Boudreaux and her assistant were exceptionally proficient and friendly at my appointment. I felt very comfortable with them and they took care of my problem quickly and as pleasantly as possible.

While my experience with Dr. Boudreaux has been amazing, my experience with support staff has been less than ideal. There has been multiple complications and hoops to jump through in securing a rather expensive medication for my condition. It has been months since this process began, and it feels like support staff has fallen short in providing the information needed to allow my medication to be approved. The chain of communication in handling this has always been confusing, my questions have not been answered, and although my call back notes are flagged as “priority” when I call, I have yet to receive phone calls in a timely manner to resolve any issues I have in securing my prescription. Dr. Boudreaux is an excellent provider, so it’s a huge bummer to feel short sided by other members of Silver Fall’s care team. Patient advocacy should be a higher priority.
Silver Falls Dermatolgy is by far the absolute best!! I give Dr. Boudreau 5 stars!!! She was very personable and took time to answer each of my questions.
I was nervous about getting cheek filler but Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Boudreaux, and the rest of the Silver Falls staff made it a comfortable experience. I’m very happy with the result, even better than I expected. Highly recommended!

Most inept and rude “doctor” I have met in my entire life. No wonder she is only a DO, not an MD.
2 years ago, she misdiagnosed me with melasma on my face, even though what I had was simply post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). This has been confirmed by multiple dermatologists over the past 2 years. Melasma and PIH have different causes thus need completely different treatment methods which obviously Ms. Boudreaux was not well-trained to know that.
She recommended absolutely useless treatment methods. When I finally went back to her office to question her misdiagnosis, her obnoxious attitude came out. She would not admit her misdiagnosis. Instead, she brushed off by saying: “it doesn’t matter, melasma and PIH have the same treatment methods.” She kept on interrupting me before finally storming out of the office.
Then someone in her office started yelling and threatening me by saying he would knock my teeth out and that he had a gun in his car. He then swung a white medical object at me and scraped my cheek skin. Lauren Boudreaux then pushed me in my back. Later the cops came.
I later checked myself in the emergency room and had my cheek abrasion wound examined. I then followed up with my own doctor to have it re-examined.
After that, I visited multiple laser centers including OHSU. Finally, I picked Soleil Medical & Beauty SPA in Portland. I knew CO2 laser would easily take care of my PIH. Two months later, Dr. Tavakoli at Soleil treated me with the DEKA CO2 laser. It took care of all of my hyperpigmentation immediately without complications. Highly recommend him.
Life is short, always a good choice to get treated by a real M.D. who is trained properly. A reputable MD serves patients with good manners, accurate diagnoses. A reputable MD’s office doesn’t have anyone who jumps out to assault patients. There are big differences between an intelligent M.D. and a dumb D.O. who doesn’t know how to behave.
If someone is not smart enough to get into a medical school and go through tough training to become a real M.D., an easier route is to just become a D.O.. LOL.
My husband was very hesitant to try a new Dr. But our son went to Dr Boudreaux and since he is fairly selective but gave her accolades my husband was willing to try! She was definitely a 5* professional! My husband will most likely have to be referred for a Mohs procedure, but he will continue to use her as his general Dermatologist. Can’t say enough nice things about her MA Tiffany! So very professional as well as concerned with making sure my husband and I were made comfortable and welcomed ! A great COMBO,
