She found and then followed this passion throughout medical school and residency as she trained in Texas and New York City. Dr. Boudreaux has worked alongside experts in the field of cosmetic and laser medicine, and has published on a variety of subjects in dermatologic journals. In Vancouver, she offers an array aesthetic treatments as well as medical and surgical dermatology.

Recently I assisted my Mom (92) to a eye appt. East of Vancouver off of Mcgilvery. The staff was snooty, unprofessional and she was very displeased. No comparison.
Silver Falls is very professional and I would refer all ages for treatment.
I have seen Dr Boudreaux twice now. As a melanoma survivor, it is critical to find top-notch care, and Dr Bourdreaux is able to deliver. I have also seen her for Botox/Dysport, and the treatment went very well. I really appreciate having all skin-related treatments in one office. If you are in the Salmon Creek area, this is THE doctor to see!
Super friendly staff and great Dr Boudreaux! I would definitely recommend this clinic since my own experience has been worth 5 stars each time.
I made an appointment over a year ago and I have been experiencing serious health and skin issues to the point I needed to see a specialist. I made a note of when my original appointment was. Then, early this year they called me about rescheduling my original appointment to a different day. When they entailed when my original appointment was it was NOT the month I had booked my original appointment in. That means I would’ve either missed it or had to scramble to make it to a different appointment date I had not known about. I had to request the day off from work to be able to make it to the appointment. Everything was fine until I get a call four days til the appointment notifying me I would need to reschedule til March of next year because the doctor I was schedule to see was leaving this location. I would be seen by another doctor but have to work with their schedule which only had availability in March of 2022. Is this how people’s serious health issues go undetected for years before any prevention or treatment can be done? Because of constant rescheduling and incompetence with booking appointments? Wait til next year and possibly have them do this to me again? No thanks. I will scour anywhere else in desperation to address my issues before it might be too late. Unbelievably numb and disappointed. I was so excited to see a specialist and possibly figure out what is happening with me.
From start to finish, I had the ultimate 5 star experience. Every single member of the staff is friendly and kind, I felt welcomed and safe for my entire visit. Dr. Boudreaux was very friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me through my options and gave great recommendations. I had two moles removed quickly and painlessly, and 5 weeks later it looks like there will be minimal scarring. I can’t recommend them enough!
I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Boudreaux! I had my first visit the other day.. Dr. B and her staff are so kind and professional. I received botox for the first time and I love it! I was nervous, and explained I only wanted a little in certain areas to start with and I am so happy with the results. I will be returning for sure!
Worst phone system for a medical office EVER. .. After a long phone tree…. waited 22 minutes for someone e to pick up….then got disconnected.

Dr. Boudreaux is a miracle worker. I began seeing her two years ago to help with my hormonal acne and my skin has never been clearer! Recently I saw her for lip injections. She did a wonderful job and I love the results. She took the time to make sure I understood the process and what to expect and I received a follow-up call as well to make sure everything was going well. She is a very thorough, kind, and understanding doctor!
Dr. Lauren Boudreaux is the best of the best! I started seeing her years ago when she was finishing her medical school training & I will was thrilled to be able to follow her to Silver Falls Dermatology. I have seen her for skin concerns including a rash, scars, skin cancer screening, and mole removal. I have also seen her for beautifying injectables including Kybella (goodbye genetic double chin!) & three different lip fillers over the years. Each treatment has turned out perfectly! Dr. Boudreaux is conservative in her approach & realistic & honest in her explanation of expected results & aftercare. When I consulted with her about getting Botox, instead of pushing me to get the treatment, she was honest in her feedback that I really don’t need it (yet). I really appreciated that honesty & I completely trust her opinion. But you better believe that when I do need Botox that she’ll be my first stop! I’m an Esthetician who gets lot of skincare questions; I confidently refer all of my clients & friends to Dr. Boudreaux for dermatology care & injectables. It’s no surprise that they all rave about their results & I’ve seen first hand how amazing they look after. I would like to add that my most recent appointment was during the COVID19 pandemic & I felt completely safe. Dr. Boudreaux & the staff at Silver Falls Dermatology fully explained their new safety protocols prior to my arrival & they vetted me thoroughly before I was able to enter the office. If you are nervous to venture out during this time, rest assured that a visit to see Dr. Boudreaux will leave you feeling safe & beautiful!
I saw Dr. Boudreaux for a few skin issues I was concerned with. She said that they weren’t really anything to worry about but they were bothersome to me so she ended up taking biopsys on my right foot and leg. She did not tell me anything after the procedure, she just left the room. No after care instructions, no warning that I may not be able to walk for a few days or to limit mobility, no pain medicine proscribed. I drove home with a numb foot/leg from the anesthetic which was actually quite dangerous. Had I known, I would have planned to have someone to drive me. On top of that, I was not able to sleep because I was in so much pain or walk much for the first several days without pain/discomfort so I had to miss work. I called the office (several times) to see if they could get me a note for work and to ask Dr. Boudreaux/one of the MA’s if this was normal to be in this much pain. They finally ended up calling me back several days later about getting a note for work but they completely dismissed my concerns that I had with the limited mobility and pain. I also did not get a call to inform me of the results of the biopsy I only found out when I came in to get the stitches removed. Overall, I was just under informed about what was going to happen, how to take care of the incisions, and just felt dismissed when I brought up my concerns. Needless to say I’m quite disappointed with the lack of empathy shown to me by Dr. Boudreaux and the assistant that I spoke with.
I can’t give this incredible office and staff enough stars!! Dr. Boudreaux was a shining light of hope for me. I started to rampidly struggle with a really bad case of hormonal acne about a year ago and it was effecting me on a daily basis. After following her recommended daily regimen my skin started to change drastically to where I now get compliments about how it is glowing and flawless. I would recommend Silver Falls to any and everyone who is struggling the way I did and feels like they have tried everything. I tried every at home remedy and skin care product on the shelf, but it was her knowledge and genuine care for what she does that changed my life!
Very good dermatologist- great support staff however they have the absolute worst phone answering system- unless you reach someone directly the system seems to fail – they will not call back if you leave a message and even the pharmacy has difficulty in reaching them ! Surprised how poor it is – I have reported it multiple times
My grandpa went a year undiagnosed and went to many different clinics. The moment we met Anna Dodd and explained his history, she reassured us that she was going to work hard at getting a diagnosis. She did just that and has followed him very closely every since. We are so very thankful for her.
