Mai & Dr. Do are miracle workers! I look & feel 10 years younger than I am thanks to a combination of injections & laser lipo @ Nuance. They are both compassionate medical professionals who really listen and take their time with their clients. This is NOT a one size fits all, high pressure spa. They do things the right way. They tailor treatments to your body & needs specifically. They have educated me & suggested treatments that have helped to make me feel truly beautiful. I am sooo lucky to have found them!!!

The professionals at Nuance Med Spa have made my experience there the best! From the very beginning, they presented me with an overall plan to address my goals and helped me understand the process. Mai is extremely knowledgeable and communicates well what is the best course of treatment. Dr. Do is meticulous and willing to take as much time with a client as they need. Although they may make recommendations, there is never any pressure to go beyond what you, as the client, feel comfortable with. I’m grateful to have found Nuance Med Spa!

PRP Hair Treatment:
I was losing my hair quickly before my wedding. I was far into stage 2 male pattern baldness and called nuance to see if they could help. They walked me through their process and got me in ASAP. I only had 3 months before the wedding and I was skeptical about seeing any results in that time frame. In the first month I noticed results and so did my family.
I am so grateful to Dr. Do and the nuance team for the service they provide. The procedure was fast (10 minutes). was there pain? Yes, but it wasn’t intolerable id give it a 6/10. Ive done the procedure 4 times now (2-3 months apart) and I am happy to report that I have a full head of hair and feel confident about my hair for the first time in years. I am 32 years old and started losing my hair slowly since I was 18. I wish I knew about this sooner. The thing I like the most about this process.. it is natural and fast. Thank you Nuance!

My experience at Nuance has been wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Do was personable and professional. Mai has truly taken patient care to the next level – incredibly attentive and genuinely concerned with my comfort and well-being through the procedure and during the healing process as well. The pair set me up for success both before and after surgery with a detailed shopping list and goody bag. Mai has performed two ultrasound massages on me post procedure which have helped a TON with swelling reduction. Thank you for helping me gain a new found confidence in my figure! I’ve been coming to Nuance for almost a year after moving to the area. I’ve been going to Med Spas for over a decade for various facials, laser treatments, and Botox. Without question Nuance has been my favorite due to their professionalism and care for their patients. Unlike some many other “top-rated” spas in Scottsdale, AZ and Portland, I’ve never felt as I was being sold to buy more product or services at Nuance. They take the time to explain and create a customized solution for your trouble areas. I’m in my mid-40s and with their personalized treatment of daily products, diamond facials and Botox/dysport I haven’t looked this great for a decade! The proof…my friends and family are telling me how rested I look and my complexion is amazing😊

Such an amazing team of educated experts and professionals! The team is so personable and ultimately take your goals and outcomes first. Before the procedure, they made sure I was well prepared with all the items needed for post procedure and arrangements for care. Being my first time with liposuction, during the first 2 consults the team reassured me of my fears and concerns I had, and helped me identify the areas that we needed to target to achieve my goals. They educated me on the process and made sure I was confident and comfortable with my decision before the procedure.
During the procedure the staff supporting Dr. Do was so caring and comfortable throughout the whole experience. They made sure I was comfortable and talked my subconscious through the whole procedure where it came from taking deep breaths or distracting with touch during the incisions.
Post procedure they made sure my caretaker was educated by their staff on what to expect and lookout for. They checked in on how I was feeling, gave me advice on how to help with the swelling and healing process to get better results.
I am extremely happy with my results 10 weeks post procedure and am looking forward to my next procedure. I am glad I was in the hands of such amazing humans and professionals that I was able to trust to do such a life changing procedure.
Love, love this spa. I have been going here for almost a year now from lip flips, Botox to full face fillers! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I had no idea all the procedures they can do along with skin care! I highly recommend Dr Lam! Mai is so sweet and always makes me feel comfortable.
