So fortunate to have found Shelly LaFrance FNP to help me with bio identical hormone therapy, supplements, IV therapy, laser hair removal, skincare and hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy! I have seen both Shelley and Cory for hormones and botox/filler, they are amazing! Both are so knowledgeable, skilled and open minded. They both listen to their patients and deliver results that are beyond expectations. I used to get filler elsewhere, I was nearly always left with bruising after. Both Shelly and Cory are careful to avoid bruising with their injection techniques, I have never bruised even with lip injections and I have a couple of prominent arteries, which they avoid. After having a hysterectomy (ovaries spared) almost three years ago, I was having every symptom of hormone imbalance/perimenopause. I thought I would never feel the same as I did before I had my kids. My testosterone was low, my estrogen was high and if I had gone to my OB, she would have just given me synthetic estrogen which would have been a temp solution and caused me more problems in the long term. I was skeptical about bioidentical hormone therapy at first, but they have changed my life for the better. BHRT is the long term solution to peri/post menopausal symptoms, and I am a patient for life! Has improved my mood, energy levels, increased mental clarity, hot flashes, muscle tone, libido. Just can’t say enough good things about these ladies and the amazing work they do!!

I had my first appointment at Moonstone with Joseph two weeks ago (originally for Botox), and I can say with confidence that I will never need to go elsewhere for as long as I’m in the Vancouver area! The entire staff are rays of sunshine, and Joseph was kind and knowledgeable, he suggested Dysport rather than Botox, and I am so glad he did — it’s been two weeks and I’ve never had better results. Additionally, the office itself is pristine and beautifully decorated. 10/10 experience overall!
I had an amazing afternoon experiencing my first lip filler all thanks to Joseph. Despite all odds with some car difficulties and being late as a result alongside almost fainting due to being scared of needles, Joseph did everything he could to help me feel comfortable. He was professional, sweet, and did an incredible job. I feel more confident with my smile now and was able to conquer some medical fears at the same time. Would strongly reccomend!
Everyone at Moonstone is amazing! Christen does all of my esthetician work and is incredible. She is super confident in her skills and recommendations for my skin. I have done a hydraglo facial, dermaplaning and laser hair removal with her and she always walks me through the process and makes me feel comfortable. She is so fun to chat with but also educates me on my skin at the same time! Since seeing her and starting on mineral makeup and a new retinol I am already seeing huge differences in my skin! Katie does my Botox and filler and she always makes me feel refreshed! She has an artistic eye that look at your specific anatomy and make recommendations based on that. I love that she does a lot of continuing education so I know she is always up on the latest techniques. She is also super honest about what you need and DON’T need so you walk out feeling naturally beautiful!

I have never had Botox or Dysport done before. I am 36 years old with two divorces and a single mom. So I have the lines on my face of a woman a little tired , stressed and worn down. Going in, I did not know what I was doing or even what to ask for. All I knew is I wanted my face to look fresh and youthful again. Joseph Fistolera, RN BSN is who I went to and I have to say, he is spectacular. Professional, respectful, kind, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in a setting I knew nothing about. In fact, all of the staff seemed so friendly and really awesome. I went into the office to check in where I was greeted with the amazing receptionist who asked me to fill out paperwork then asked if I wanted coffee, tea, or water. She brought me a fresh cup of coffee with cream and sugar. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. I just went in for my check up and I was ready for whatever he recommended. I trust him completely. He really knows what he is doing and cares about the overall result of the patient. I went in for my check up and we didn’t add anymore because he said it looked great and didn’t need to. I fully trust him and recommend him. Whether you have been doing this forever or a nervous first-timer such as myself. Go into Moonstone and ask for Joseph. You will not be disappointed. He is awesome! I will be going to him from now on. I am so excited for this new adventure. Thank you, Joseph and the Moonstone team! See you in a few months!
Moonstone aesthetics is such a cute professional environment! I saw Joseph for Botox and lip filler for the first time. I was a little nervous but Joseph not only worked his magic but he made me feel reassured about my decision during the process! I wanted a natural look and he really listened! I was also a little scared for the pain of the procedure but they used a dental block! I didn’t feel a thing. If you’re thinking about filler go see Joseph!
