Walking in the ambience is warm and inviting. The staff is kind and caring and walking in you automatically feel relaxed. Recently I had a appointment with Joe, what a wonderful experience. He talks you trough the entire process, all questions answered. He is an absolute miracle worker with lips. Highly recommended.
Joe Fistolera is professional, courteous and a perfectionist! Every staff member I have met here has excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in person. Have been a repeat customer because I have zero negative things to say about Moonstone! Their specials are always a deal, too.
I received my first lip injections and Botox from Joseph and I can’t get over how natural and refreshed I look! His injections were painless, he was professional, honest and definitely took the time to listen. I am beyond thrilled with my results and excited to continue my treatments with him! The entire staff is super friendly!
Katie is the absolute best in her field! Been getting injections from her the past few years and I am never disappointed. Her knowledge and opinions on what I need and DON’T need at this point in my life are honest and educated. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
I’ve been going here for the last couple years and have had great results.. you might find a cheaper med spa but remember you get what you pay for.

Katie has been so great—always working within my budget for treatments. We’ve been dissolving a LOT of old filler—for migration, poor filler choice as well as placement. They always look great and we haven’t even refilled yet. Excited to see the final results. Katie is fantastic!

I had my initial consultation here 3 weeks ago. They took the time to really answer my questions and pay attention to my concerns. I really appreciated that I didn’t feel judged. The staff at Moonstone are so very kind and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Jordan, Corey, and Katie kept my nerves calm with explaining everything they were going to do and what to expect. The 3 of them listening to me when discussing what I thought my problem areas were and had me involved with the plan of action. Over all my experience here is always so wonderful.
