This is the first review I have ever wrote… I was recommended a medium depth chemical peel by a nurse over Instagram without a skin assessment or consultation. I am still recovering 3 months later with scars and serve skin sensitivity that I did not have prior to this treatment. My new dermatologist and drs are still trying to help me mend. I originally inquired about a cortisone shot for one hormonal pimple on the chin and was recommended a vi peel (LOL) without even seeing my skin, not asking me to stop using certain things or my medical history. I was so happy with my skin prior to this experience and honestly knowing what I know now about the protocols of this peel I would never have put that on someone who had baby skin like i did… I assumed that because I was in the care of a nurse I would be safe…. absolutely was not! This is by far the worst experience of my life and I think it could have so easily have been avoided. I hope they change the way they are doing things because my safety was very much over looked.

I had been to two other medical spas in the area before finding Moonstone, and the decision is an easy one! Every staff member and provider here is not only competent on their role, but is personable and humble! I mention that solely because other clinics lack the last two qualities and when they don’t possess those it makes you apprehensive to ask questions because it’s uncomfortable. That isn’t the case at all with Moonstone. I’ve been treated by both Katie and Joe, and both of them are skilled, wonderful “bedside manners”, and are versed in the beauty of aesthetics and how to tailor it for your needs/desires. I truly feel at home each time I step into their beautiful office, and I trust their staff entirely with my face!

I have been a patient of Moonstone Medical Aesthetics for many years. I am no stranger to Bellafill and the bruises it can leave behind. I had Bellafill injections with Joe Fistolera for the first time and he was so gentle but best of all none – zero of the famous Bellafill bruises that are so common.
I truly couldn’t say enough good things about Moonstone Medical Aesthetics. The front staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s all smiles once you step inside. As well as the building is unbelievably clean and cute. My injector was Joelle, she was training but you’d never know it with how great she did. She made me feel on top of the world. Not only was the service amazing, it felt like I was being treated like royalty. Shelly came in and was a warm, welcoming and made sure everything was going perfect. Truly a wonderful experience as well and my face looks amazing! Thank you!
I love Moonstone Medical! I’ve been going to them since living in the area for about 6 years now. The staff is kind and courteous and on top of that they have incredible discount incentives regularly that I try to take advantage of. I can honestly say they want you to be happy with whatever you are having done here and make sure you are always satisfied with your service! I’ve been happy with all of the treatments I’ve received and look forward to seeing them again soon!
