OH MY GOODNESS. Katie is amazing. I got one syringe of lip filler and my lips look absolutely amazing. She is SO friendly, and funny, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The whole staff was wonderful. The atmosphere in there was unbelievably amazing, you can tell they all like working together and have a great dynamic. I wish I could go to this place just to hangout with everyone 🤣 thanks again Katie!! Can’t wait to get more services done by you!
It was such a delightful experience. I just phoned them to get Botox same day and they immediately accommodated me! The office is flawless and staff so caring. I’m excited to find this gem of a place!
I’ve been coming to Moonstone for over 2 years now and I will always continue to come for all my maintenance needs! I feel my best self after coming to see Shelly or Katie! John is such a bundle of joy and makes me feel right at home as soon as I walk in the door. They offer so many services to help treat your body good. I tell everyone to come here because it’s simply the best in the whole PNW! Shelly always does it just right where I look natural and refreshed. People have been mistaking me for 25 now and the other day some thought I was 23! I’m 32 but look like I’ve been swiggin’ from the fountain of youth! Shelly has been one of the best things that has happen to my medical needs in a long time. She continues to take the time to actual treat the problem and resolve it unlike others just try to band aid the problem. Ever since I’ve started seeing Shelly, my health has improved wonderfully. Her office staff are just as amazing as she is including John always being amazing! I truly just cant say enough about the quality of care from Shelly & her staff, I will forever be a patient.
I feel like their communication regarding services, prices and appointment reminders has greatly improved. Love the text messaging reminders. Also, love how warm and welcoming they are on arrival:). I have had both Shelly and Katie for injections and I’m super pleased with the experience and the results. I will be going back.
