I would be cautious on using this location and doctor. I paid $3000 to get my lips done with Bellafil…And all I have to show for a year later is numerous lumps at the injection sites and then very little in my bottom lip. I went back in to have a meeting with the doctor and then she told me it’s not as common to use it in the lips, I wish she would’ve informed me of that at our initial meeting. I feel she is more about money than customer care. She gave me no paperwork no follow up information absolutely nothing. I asked her to redo them and she said she would it cost. That is not good business. I would think long and hard and do your research before using this business
I’ve always wanted lip fillers but had been super nervous-I was not only worried about results but also that it would hurt. I went and saw Katie and she did a great job! She numbed me so well that I didn’t feel a thing which is great because I’m a huge chicken when it comes to pain. She also talked me through what she was doing and what my expectations were, where I wanted more volume, etc. She also talked me through what to expect in the days after as far as swelling, medications to take/avoid, and general aftercare. I love my new and improved lips and will definitely be back!
Shelley was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and personable. I enjoyed our visit. However I will not be back based on my experience with the office liason. 6+ weeks into trying to get proper info to submit to my insurance. I had blood work. I have pleaded in mutiple emails to please work with me. Even in person I was promised the info right away, wrote down my email address and then … nothing. It takes days/weeks and sometimes a second email to get a response. And when I do there is always an issue. (Lab coding not included, then lab coding included but birth year is wrong, corrected document not signed. Request for tax ID not met). MaybeI I’m the first person to ever ask for such info, which is fine… someone has to be first! But I’m spinning my wheels getting nowhere. And out $150 in the meantime.

Such a joy to visit their office. They make you feel so special. Shelly is amazing with botox. She likes to have you come back and check in with her 2 weeks after injections to make sure all is working well. I highly recommend her.
The results I’v seen from Moonstone have been excellent, but subtle enough as not look weird or not myself. All of staff is friendly and informative. Fair pricing and great deals! The new office is beautiful, clean and inviting. I have referred family and friends whom are just as satisfied.

Shelley is a GODSEND! She does my laser, microneedling, peels, botox, bellafill and more. She is conservative in her approach so that I don’t appear puffy, plasticy or overdone. Just the right amount and perfect technique so that it just looks like I am aging very slowly and gracefully. I could not do this “getting old” thing without her.
Moonstone Medical is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Shelli is a master in aesthetics. I love that she is also a nurse practitioner. It puts me more at ease knowing it’ll be done right/beautifully. She is honest about where it’s best to put the filler for the best results , thus saving me money in the long run. Bellafill is priced the best around and she is always offering discounts
I got micro needling. I had a disappointing experience at another clinic. So I was a bit nervous. But, Shelly was very sweet. My skin looks good. And im 59 yrs. Old. My boyfriend noticed. That shocked me. She’s very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.
