My first time calling I spoke with Julie. I thought I would need a consultation before my laser treatment but Julie explained everything in a way I could easily understand. She has had all the treatments they offer and it was nice to be able to understand what would happen. A couple days after making my appointment I had read something online. I left a message because it was after hours and she texted me back the next business day to ask if I would prefer a call or text. it was so much easier to text because it was during my workday. I really appreciate how informative and caring the technicians are and how I never feel pressured but instead it always feels like they want to be certain of the treatments I am getting. They have never tried the high pressure sales techniques I have experienced at another place I won’t name. I commute from Salem since I moved from Portland and they always accommodate my schedule since I commute. exceptional experience and I will be a client for life.
Recently visited the laser and wellness center, and it was amazing! Ashley made me feel so comfortable ❤️ She really took the time to connect with me, and took her time explaining to me what to expect of my procedure. Also the ambience Of the office itself was so soothing.. will definitely be seeing her again, and would definitely recommend a visit for yourself!

I have been seeing Ashley at Laser & Wellness Center for about 2 years, and she is wonderful! I have had great results with laser hair removal, and Ashley has been super gracious about treating areas that needed a touch up. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to, which makes for a comfortable, stress-free environment.

Before seeing Lynne Castleberry I had received skin care services from several estheticians.
Most paled in comparison to her expertise and knowledge in this field. Lynne keeps a watchful eye on my skin. She uses the best products and preventative procedures needed at the time to keep ahead of my aging skin. My family does not have the best genetics in regards to aging skin, yet I am frequently told I look much younger than I am. I owe it all to Lynne for taking such good care of me!!!
Ashley is very knowledgeable and kind! I always leave my appointments feeling renewed. I trust her expertise and follow any tips she has for my skin or body. I recommend her to many of my clients and they have all thanked me for sending them her way because of the results they got. I look forward to booking my next service at laser and wellness center!

I have been to Laser & Wellness center many times, for many different treatments over the years. I have seen both Ashley and Lynne and love them both. They are so sweet and fun. I have had laser hair removal, Vaser shape, Coolsculpting, facials, and massage treatments. All of the services were amazing, the treatments were professional, the center was clean, and the results were fantastic. I have never felt pressured, and I feel like some of the reviews that I am reading are fabricated., because I have never felt the lack of professionalism that they are stating. I will continue to be a happy client of theirs!
I had the pleasure of getting some laser treatments from Ashley and it was amazing. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and was quickly brought to the room for my apt. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, and Ashley immediately made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous that the treatment would be painful, Ashley started very slow, checking in with me constantly and making sure that I was doing well. She was extremely professional and kind. I received undeniable positive results from my treatment and she even gave me samples of products to use for after care. From begining to end, this was a delightful experience and I recommend Ashely at Laser & Wellness center to anyone looking for the complete package.

Every time I receive a treatment at The Laser & Wellness Center, I feel invigorated, refreshed and polished. Since my pixel laser, my face looks fantastic! I’m quite pleased with my results. I cannot wait to see Ashley again!
Incredibly professional and educated staff. I am extremely impressed with the service. I love Ashley! I have seen both her and Lynne (she’s awesome too!). I had been to other laser hair removal establishments and they can’t compare with the personal service and effectiveness. Additionally, the cost is much more reasonable.
I saw that this place had good reviews so I came in for a consultation about my scars. Ashley told me my scars aren’t bad and I would only need 3 microneedling treatments for them to go away. After the third treatment before I left, I asked her what if my scars don’t go away? She said oh they will , I’m so excited for the results! Send pictures! So I waited a month and a half and I didn’t see any improvement at all. The scars were all there.. so I texted them the pictures and said that nothing improved.. Ashley said that’s because your scars are deep and you need more treatments.. and they’ll get better with more treatments.. I replied saying that’s not what you told me, you said I only needed 3 treatments because my scars weren’t bad, and I even asked what if they won’t go away? And you were confident that they would after 3 treatments.. she obviously had nothing to say to that and never responded.. no apologizes, no further free treatments offered, no refund no nothing. I just wasted over $1000… never going back there again and never recommending anyone to go there.. if you want results, save your money and go elsewhere!! I attached pictures to show you how my skin looks after the treatments.. no results at all! Looks the same as what I started off with…

I’ve had 2 appointments so far for laser hair removal on my facial area with Ashley. After the 1st appointment, I bought a package of 3 treatments! Ashley is AMAZING, warm, personable, and professional. I was extremely nervous during my 1st appointment, but she talked me through the process which made the slight discomfort of laser hair removal very bearable. After my 1st appointment, I have seen a significant amount of hair reduction! I had my 2nd appointment yesterday and breezed right through it – relaxed and chatty! I did not even ask for a break once. I’ve owned a Tria (at-home laser device) for many years and have only used it a few times because the pain was unbearable, this caused me to have reservations about getting laser hair removal done professionally. I didn’t want to “get stuck in the hot chair” with a professional and have to endure the same pain or worse, let alone waste money on something I was too chicken to do. Ashley really helped me relax and have a positive experience with laser hair removal – I think even more than she knows lol. I have recommended her services to my family and friends, and am now recommending her services to my fellow strangers!
