The quality of work and talent at Flutter and Wink is unmatched! There is no better place to go in Vancouver to get beauty services. Not only are the employees highly qualified, but they are also very friendly and outgoing. The workers always make me feel welcome and I feel as though my business is the highest priority every time I go in.
Ashlyn does a fantastic job! She is very professional but also very personable. I look forward to my appointments at Flutter partly because I know I will be seen by someone who truly cares about my experience and result.

Everyday I see masks instead of smiles…but lashes bridged the gap. I know that must sound silly but in the chaos of COVID as a health care provider, some mornings the weight of exhaustion, continuously changing policies, complications and Fogged goggles left me feeling disheveled at 7am.
My morning routine feels sweeter on lash appointment days, no mascara smears, just scrubs a messy bun and a touch of self care/polish pulling it all together. I’ve been a client for various services throughout the years- Atmosphere is inviting, staff consistently skilled, courteous, polite and very “polished”. I’ve been coming to Flutter and Wink for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed. Eyebrows are (one of) a girls best friends, and mine are always perfect every time I leave the salon.
Now up until a few weeks ago, I’ve been a brows only client, admiring lash extensions from afar, always thinking they weren’t for me. With a looming 30th birthday and 2 year wedding anniversary coming up, I decided to treat myself to a little something extra – my first ever full set. WOW. Shay crushed it. She’s always been so meticulous with my brows, and the lashes were no exception. Not to mention I always have the best time chatting with her – she makes longer appointments feel like 10 minutes!
This crew is the absolute best in the business and really provides their clients with the ultimate experience: their gorgeous space, quality customer service, easy online booking system, skilled lash stylists….The list goes on! I could not recommend Flutter and Wink more.
I booked an appointment online due to Covid and I was very surprised they could fit me in on the same day I called. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional. I had never been to this salon so I didn’t know what would be in store for me. I was blown away when I entered the store. It was so cute and so clean! One of the ladies at the front desk asked me to sign a covid paper and then a paper asking what I wanted done today. As soon as I was done with the papers this sweet lady waxed me eyebrows. She was really nice and helpful when I asked her questions. Overall I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I will definitely be a returning customer.
