Everyone I encountered was super fabulous and awesome! Loved the atmosphere and services offered!
I made an appointment because I tan next door and eat on the other side of the place.i notice the girl who did my eyebrows now works there and think great !. But my appointment was cancelled and I was told when they replaced her they would reschedule me. I didn’t make the appointment with her, I made an appointment to have service with anyone who did eyebrows.its been 3 weeks almost 4 and no response. Come to find out they did the same thing to a friend of mine a few weeks ago. She never got her eyebrows touched up. :/ If you can’t except new clients say so, don’t waste our time. We can go somewhere else.
Really disappointed. I got a lash lift and can not even tell any difference. The lady that did them said they were out of the m size because they were getting washed so she had to use the larger ones and she wish she could have used the m it would have worked better. For one you don’t tell a customer that you didn’t use the correct size. And if I needed to reschedule I would have. I paid for a lash lift with no results when I could have to went somewhere else and got a very dramatic lash extension for the same price. Don’t waste your time and money here.
Priscilla was awesome, she made me feel super comfortable since I was a newbie. And she made me look awesome! I was super nervous, but now I cant wait to come back 😁

Not enough availability and lack of lash lengths. Ladies are nice but talk badly about their competitors. Reminded me of high school. My lashes were too short. I won’t be coming back.

First time visiting for a teeth whitening. I found the staff to be very accommodating especially Amy and the receptionist. They have a fun and welcoming environment. The pricing is competitive too. I will be using some of their other solutions they provide in the future. Lindsay and the girls do a great job!
Best lash studio in town! I haven’t loved my lashes since Lindsey had done them a year or two ago.

The girls at Flutter and wink were just precious! They were so sweet and so accommodating. I had a bad lash job somewhere else and they were able to get me in where they had a cancelation. They remembered my name and they made me feel like they were thrilled to have me there. It is not everyday you go into a business where the employees make you feel special but the girls at Flutter and wink do just that. And by the way I love my lashes! She did a beautiful job and I can’t even feel that they are there! Oh yes one more thing!! Mimosas!!! Hello….Awesome!! On point Ladies, on point. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Today was my first time at flutter and wink. Sad to say I was very disappointed Especially with the customer service. I got s lash lift and tint and when I looked in the mirror I could barely tell a difference. I said something to the staff member and she didn’t really say anything besides they will dry. So I called back the same day and they said another worker could fix them for me. But when I went in they said they were all booked so not only did I waste time but also gas driving back. If you guys make a mistake you should be able to fix it as the customer wishes. I was getting these lashes for college and the soonest they could get me in was Wednesday but I’ll be in school by then. The staff was not willing to work with me. After getting my lashes fixed this Wednesday I will not be visiting flutter and wink again.

You guys were extremely friendly. I was so happy to be coming to you guys. Michelle did a great job on my eyelash removal. I am very big on customer service when going somewhere and paying for something, and you hit the ball out of the park with that!! Thank you so much, and I will be making my apt for my full set soon!!!
