This place is great! Everyone here is very talented and the environment is very relaxing! Make sure you book our your fills in advance ladies because these girls are sought after and book out pretty far! Love Kayla and shay! Both have done beautiful work.
Jessica gave me my first pair of eyelash extensions today and I am in love with them. She did a fantastic job! I am getting married in a few days and for that reason and the fact that this was my first pair, she took extra time to talk about all of the lash options I had to choose from. She gave great advice and she’s easy to talk to. I definitely recommend her!
Everything in the shop was beautiful, great customer service, and lashes are fabulous!!!
Love my lashes. Everyone is so kind. I had an allergic reaction to one of the glues. The owner called me right away and gave me some tips for relief. She told me if they had to be taken off they would put a new full set on with a different glue, for free. Cannot beat that for customer service. I ended up having them removed. I just got my new set with sensitive glue and they are beautiful. So happy with my lashes and all the caring staff!!! ❤❤❤
I have been going to Flutter and Wink for quite a while now and have always been very happy with my fills. They know exactly what type of lashes to put on based on your natural lashes. The girls are all so friendly! I would definitely recommend Flutter and Wink to anyone who wants beautiful lashes!!

I look forward to getting my lashes done just to visit with Ashlyn. She does a fantastic job! My lashes look wonderful and they don’t fall off! I live an hour away and it’s totally worth the drive.
Caution – Health Risk!!! Sadly, after getting a full set of eyelash extensions, I ended up with an eye infection. My doctor advised that it was highly possible to get this from a lash salon, if the tools were not washed in between people. I went back for a fill and paid attention, and they DO NOT wash the tools in between customers. At least, the girl that did my lashes did not and the girl at the table right past her did not either. Plus, my girl didn’t wash her hands after her last customer before seeing me. I asked her, and she said, oh I will use hand sanitizer. It sucks to have paid A LOT of $$$ and get an infection. I found another lash salon in Vancouver that is cheaper and they use UV light machine for their tools. The health risk is too great to not warn others..
Lindsey and her staff are the best in town, hands down. I’ve been going here for over a year and I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve recived over my eye lash extention.

Love Flutter and Wink, the staff there are all very very nice. KC Story does my lashes and shes absolutely amazing! Nice and steady, always making sure I’m comfy throughout the process. And that I’m happy/pleased with her work before I walk out the door. However the decor isn’t bad, I feel the aqua is a bit loud and a little outdated but I don’t have my eyes open half the time anyway. But that’s just my opinion. Other than that, the quality of work and the attitudes of the staff sell it the most anyway. Highly recommend Flutter and Wink aaand KC Story! <3
Recommending Taylor a thousand times over!
She basically saved my face after I went to another salon and had a reaction from a bad lash-job.
She got me in same-day for a removal and stayed late to do so. I learned so much throughout the whole process about a good lash job vs a bad lash job and she even gave me tips as to what to look for in case I was wanting to shop around for when my eyes were healed enough for future extensions.
She showed me beautiful before and after pictures of her work and work done at the salon so I could see that the quality of all lash extension experiences were not the same as mine.
She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment and Not once through the whole process was I ever pressured into upselling or to rebook. Taylor let me know when she felt my lashes would be healed enough to start thinking about extensions again and went over the pros of letting my natural lashes repair vs jumping straight into new extensions (which, believe me, I definitely wanted to do).
I don’t think, given how much she did for me that day, I could ever go anywhere else. Ultimately, my cheap lash extensions at the other salon messed up my lashes and my eyes so much that I had to go see a specialist, but I’m certainly counting down the weeks until I can make an appointment. Don’t rush into extensions like I did in hopes of feeling like Beyonce’. If you do your research you’ll find that Flutter and Wink is one of the few salons in the Vancouver and Clark County area with estheticians experienced enough to mess with an area as sensitive and delicate as your eyes. This is the place to go for lashes, ESPECIALLY if you’re wanting them for any special/big event.
The owner of Flutter and Wink contacted me yesterday and apologized profusely for Taylor’s actions. She was very nice and offered to make it up to me if possible. She was not aware of the situation and would have handled it differently if she had known. I appreciated her call and apologies.
I have to say I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at Flutter and Wink. I had been going to Taylor for a few months, trying out lash extensions for my wedding day. I scheduled all of my appointments ahead of time to make sure I could get in right before my wedding on the days I wanted. The day of my appointment (3 days before my wedding day) at 5:05 I get a call from Taylor asking where I am. I said I am on the way to the salon about 5-10 mins away. Taylor then said I was supposed to be there at 5:00PM. I fully thought and still think my appointment was scheduled for 5:30. Taylor told me she would be unable to do a full set for me. I had been seeing her for months and now she was not going to do my eyelashes for my wedding day before of a scheduling conflict?! I truly believe my appointment was scheduled for 5:30 but even if it was my mistake I would have been less than 15 minutes late. This was for my wedding day! Anyone in the beauty industry should know how important this is. Taylor also told me she would be unable to get me in ANY other time before my wedding. I went home hysterically crying. I felt no sympathy from Taylor. She didn’t care that I had been seeing her for the past couple months for the sole purpose of having lash extensions on my wedding day.
Loved the place, will keep coming back, the people are Great and very knowledgeable! I would recommended to anyone!
I LOVE my new lashes. They look long and full, but still look natural. I can finally leave the house with minimal make up and it shaves 15 minutes off morning prep time! You gotta try it.
