Laya was awesome! I had my first ever chemical peel today and she walked me through the whole thing. It wasn’t painful or scary at all, but she made sure at all times it stayed that way. She threw in an after care kit at the end too which was so kind. She is professional and knowledgeable and I can’t wait to see the results of the peel as the weeks go on. I will definitely go back for further treatments.
Laya was professional and meticulous on explaining how she could do my eyebrows. She took all the time to design, draw and shape my eyebrows to best suit my face and correct the tattoo I had many years ago. Laya made sure my experience with the treatment was painless and applied numbing cream as often as needed.

My daughter surprised with a men’s facial at layas Medspa, I went in for microdermabrasion and laya also suggested LED light therapy after the treatment. She was very patient with me since it was my first time doing a facial. She explained to me every step as she was doing the treatment which made me feel very comfortable. After the treatment i went in for the LED light therapy which was very relaxing and enjoyable. Laya’s customer service is impeccable! I’ll be back for sure! Thank you Laya complexions

It was my first time getting my eyebrows Laminated and dermaplanning and I was super nervous but OMG they came out so perfect!! Laya did such an awesome job, took her time and made me feel so comfortable. After looking in the mirror I was in awe 🫢 and I left there feeling so confident and my face feeling super soft like never before. Laya was amazing. My skin was SO DRY that nothing at home was working. I tried microdermabrasion for the first time and she made sure to explain the whole process and make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. The results were night and day! The rose mask she put on after was heavenly. The next day my face is still glowing and feels brand new. ❤ Laya really took so much time to go over every part of my face and make sure she got everything! Her attention to detail is remarkable.

You know how you meet someone for the first time and just know that they are amazing?? Well that’s the owner of Complexions Vancouver Med Spa, Laya. 5 stars is not enough! I wish I could give Laya 100 ⭐️ for her services. This was my first time here and the moment I walked in she made me feel like I was at home. I originally scheduled an appt for the microdermabrasion but after talking to her and her looking at my skin we added dermaplaning. I appreciated that she took the time to make sure the service I picked was best for my skin type and also took additional time to do a second service. She was so knowledgeable and didn’t miss a single part of my skin. She didn’t stop till every part of my skin felt as smooth as a babies bottom! She uses wonderful high quality med spa products and really educated me on everything she was doing.
I will be continuing to come back here and recommending to all I know.
My experience here was great! Laya is so thorough in what she does. I had microdermabrasion done and a chemical peel. I’ve had microdermabrasion at other places and none of them compare to how thorough she is at it and how much time she takes! There was a notable difference in my skin just after one session. I will be back for more!
