I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. The owner is very customer service oriented and friendly. I purchased a pkg of 8 of the VelaShape Cellulite treatment (most reasonably priced for the area) and immediately noticed a difference after the first treatment. Im going back for microblading of the brows. Highly Recommended 😊
I had two chemical peel treatments so far since they open this adorable location! The aesthetician is knowledgeable about the procedure and explained everything in-depth. I could feel was a slight tingling the first minutes of each pass but was tolerable. The treatment went fast and smooth, I don’t know why I was nervous doing it, but Laya made my experience very pleasant. She sent me with home care kit to follow for few days for better results. I was in and out in an hour or so and able to go about my day regularly after that. (while making sure I stayed out of the sun). I would highly recommend The Complexions spa and get particularly the advanced esthetician they have ( Laya)
First time coming here for a peel. Laya was great! As an advanced esthetician myself she was very thorough with explaining the procedure. She took her time and explained the process and how to care for my skin afterwards. Great communication. If your looking for a new esthetician I highly recommend her!
I had such an amazing experience my first time here! It was my first time receiving a chemical peel and Laya made sure to thoroughly explain the process, each step she was taking, and what to expect with the peeling process. I was sent home with an after care kit as well to ensure best results!
I also started my first treatment of skin tightening to reduce cellulite on my legs and bottom, the procedure itself was relaxing and I had amazing results! I can’t wait to come back for more!

My experience at Complexions Salon was very relaxing. Not only was the salon immaculate and tastefully decorated, but Layla was a complete professional whom I immediately felt comfortable with. She was very personable, and knowledgeable regarding her craft, but I could tell that she was also passionate about her work.
She spent an appropriate amount of time explaining the procedure I was seeking and assured me that I was in control of my service. She followed up with me after my appointment and made sure that I had all of the after care information that I needed. I am excited to try more of the many services that her salon provides. First timers and nervous people will do well in Layas capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!
Loved my experience and highly recommend this medispa! I did my procedure with Laya, and she is experienced, knowledge and really cares about her work. I went for a microblading session with Laya and couldn’t be more happy with the results. Laya was professional and worked with me to get the shape and color I wanted for my brows. I don’t wear makeup and wanted a natural groomed look and she got that right away which was great. Plan to spend some extra time for your services because Laya is very through and wants to ensure you are happy with the results. I’m definitely coming back for more than the microblading touch-up. I am so glad I found this place, Complexions Vancouver Medspa. The place is lovely, professional and fun. I just had my eyebrows microbladed and they look perfect and not too dark, but natural, but better even though they are still healing. My eyebrows are not symmetrical but she made them look complimentary. These look amazing and it really wasn’t a bad experience getting it done, like I thought it might be scary. I highly recommend them for microblading. I plan to get other treatments done with Laya from Complexions Vancouver Medspa.
My first impression is how I felt after meeting this beautiful, elegant laya , who showed me her professionalism and knowledge about skin care line used in their spa, I had microderm service followed with LED light. I was so pleased how my skin looked after. I recommend her very much, she was patient, well communicative, and sweet, I enjoyed my time at this new location! I definitely coming back soon to try Microneedling. It was definitely worth the commute from Tigard!

What a cute new spa in town!! I Laya is amazing. I actually commute t from Gresham to this specific location just to see this spa and I loved it. I purchased a package of three microneedling, had two already and so please with this experience and result .Laya is extremely thorough, I Highly recommend her and so thrilled I found her on Instagram. When you find the best you won’t see anybody else👍

I’ve been to a few spas for my trouble area around my bra strap from the back. When wearing my bra the area protrudes and looks unpleasant. I went to Complexions, and tried their ultrasonic cavitation treatment. I had 4 sessions( 20 minutes each) followed by skin tightening. It really made a huge difference, with four more treatments to go I can only imagine how great the end result will be. Laya is the advanced esthetician at this location. She is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Her spa is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. She is attentive to your needs and answers all your questions and concerns. She’s not pushy and her prices are very reasonable. I am looking forward to continuing working with Laya and trying out many of her treatments such as her micro needling package. Give her a call and take care of your trouble areas, she’s the best.
Ouleya is amazing I have had 2 microneediling treatments with her and i am seeing such amazing result. In one treatment i saw more results from here than I did with 4 treatment at ideal imagine with a 10th of the cost. I am just socked and blown away by her attention to detail, friendliness and honesty.
I can’t stop telling everyone I know about what a wonderful service she provides whenever they compliment how smooth and radiat my skin looks now.

This is amazing and exceptional place to enjoy yourself!!! I was happy to find out the master Esthetician is trilingual and speaks my language. Went for my first chemical peel ever to treat uneven skin tone. I’m not going to lie it was a nerve wracking not knowing what’s involve, but I’m couldn’t believe how Laya made my experience so wonderful and smooth. She walked me through every step and what to expect after the treatment. It has been now ten days since I had it and my skin looks way better although she said I may not see result for several weeks.
Thank you Laya for this experience. Certainly I have never had this level of thoroughness and service like this spa. Glad we have chic location in our town.
This is only my second ever Facial I’ve had done also the best one. When I met Laya instantly fell in love with her charisma and personality you could tell from the beginning that she truly cares about giving you your best skin possible. I’m 24 years old with a light completion came in with zero idea in fact I had the wrong idea entirely on what my skin type was ;previously believing a had oily skin. Only to find out that my skin dry! Laya recommended that I get microdermabrasion explaining the process along the way proceed to remove my abundance of dead skin removing more than four layers of it so much so that she had to change the filter halfway through! Her priority is you 100% constantly making sure that you have no discomfort of any kind the extraction and serums were completely harmless almost soothing. When she was done I noticed the results immediately my skin was “soft as a baby’s bottom” I had no idea the results would be so drastic! I can’t recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Laya for astonishing results!
Guys, I literally don’t know where to begin with this place, the gorgeous and beautiful decorations or the amazing beautiful work that Laya does!! I was super nervous going in because I’ve never done anything to my face besides waxing my eyebrows and I’m also terrified of needles. But after talking to her before my appointment, I had put my whole trust into her due to how knowledgeable and caring she is. She assured me that I will not feel pain and that she will be there to guide me along the way and make me feel comfortable. I was also nervous about how my eyebrows will look because I had very skinny barely brows all my life and I wanted a specific style with just strokes and no shading and she did just that and helped me achieve my dream brows that I’ve always wanted. At the end she asked if anything should be changed or added and I said no because they were so PERFECT!! Also, I saw so many other services being offered I definitely am going back for a few more! She’s such a perfectionist and takes her time to please the customer and I really appreciate that when it comes to big changes that effect me. I definitely recommend her and her beautiful spa to my family and friends!!

Hi! I am blonde, very fair skinned, and have always been insecure about my sparse brows. I’ve always wanted to get them microbladed, but was to scared and worried about them looking too harsh. After seeing her work on Instagram @complexionsmedspa I knew I had to do it. Now I wish I would have done it sooner! 😍 Laya let me pick out the color, shape, and I was involved every step of the way. She really took her time perfecting my brows which I appreciate so so much! All the aftercare instructions were helpful and easy to understand. I was numbed and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Her prices are really great compared to others I’ve looked into, and her salon was very clean.
