Amazing place. People are great and the work is life changing.
My wife Jessie got a terrible bite on her lip by a German shepherd unexpectedly. We went to ER but they didn’t do anything besides very simple disinfection, leaving the brutal scar exposed. They told us to find plastic surgeon on our own. After many dissapointing calls, no clinic would take her in immediately or in near future. We happened to find AG and send my wife’s pictures, immediately they asked her to visit the AG the next day and gave her so much comfort and they could do the surgury right there! Dr. Gabriel is super calmly convincing and kind, which made my wife very relaxed in the whole process. The result was terrific! My wife recovered quickly, although she needs another plastic surgury to get rid of the scar on my lip, we are very satisfied about AG’s soonest care and superb capacity. The whole team are so nice! They are the best!
Since I moved to PNW 4 years ago Dr. Gabriel and his office been my go to place for any facial rejuvenation, Botox, injections and etc. I have had great experiences each and every time. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. I had a double mastectomy in 2015 with severe complications afterward, including skin necrosis. I remained in the care of the Portland Plastic Surgeon for four surgeries over six months. I was left with a disfigured chest/nipples and very uncomfortable.
Four years later my implants were recalled. I had heard wonderful things about Dr Gabriel so I made an appointment. My experience with him was immediately positive and hopeful!
Over the last three years Dr. Gabriel has performed four successful surgeries on my breasts, with the last being just eight weeks ago.
After eight long years, I am finally feeling like I have my body back. Not only did Dr Gabriel listen to me when I explained what I wanted, he performed each surgery with masterful precision. We collaborated on my desire to have very small implants replace the originals and nipples removed. I am so pleased with the work he did to cover up all the previous scaring as well. I recently had the honor of meeting Dr.Gabriel and his team. I came in for consultation about a breast lift and during the consultation he mentioned that my previous implants (done by a different doctor) was sitting too high on my chest and gave me his honest opinions and advice on what he could do for me to achieve the goals and wants for my new body. Fast forward to the day of surgery I was extremely nervous/anxious/ and hesitant but Dr. Gabriel reassured me about everything and made me feel so much more better and confident before surgery. In 2006 I had a breast augmentation with a different plastic surgeon and it was just an okay experience. I was never really happy with the way I looked but just dealt with it. Over the years I knew that I wanted to replace them and went to several consultations but never felt a connection and I even went to one surgeon 3 times because he was supposed to be so great but I couldn’t bring myself to schedule with him. I set up a consultation with Dr. Gabriel and immediately knew he was the one. The whole experience was amazing from the consultation to post op visits. His staff is warm and welcoming and Dr. Gabriel is so kind, funny and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what my husband and I wanted, offered suggestions and the end result was nothing short of spectacular. Its hard for me to trust doctors because I have alot going on medically.
I had to have a double mastectomy with reconstruction. They called my oncologist ( Dr Storm) and Dr Gabriel the dream team. I found myself discouraged and impatient.(just who I am) They assured me this was normal and that’s it’s an extensive process, A hard process to trust. They offer you support groups and ways to help you thru this physical and mental process.
Dr Gabriel himself calls night of surgery to check on you. I had a spot that he had to go revision and on his day off, on the weekend he went in and put in orders and got me back in that Monday to get the spot fixed I love that he’s an imperfectionist. I believe in plastic surgery that’s so important. I just had my exchange surgery and my breasts look amazing! BEYOND AMAZING!!
The whole team at Dr Gabriel’s office is so compassionate and caring. Jess was the main nusrse that I worked with. She was so patient with me. Which I know can be so hard.Besides the post op healing and pain you go thru, What was the hardest was picking out new size. Marissa helped me with that and was very helpful in that process.

Before I knew Dr. Gabriel,MD, I was steered to him by my Heart Surgeon with high recommendations for my specific situation.
Dr. Gabriel accepted my case on site and quickly consulted me and suggested two solutions for for my situation. I chose to have a more invasive corrective surgery to keep my strength in my upper body as I am an active person that does require my upper body strength.
After surgery when the hospital that I was in wasn’t able to give me adequate care. My wife contacted Dr. Gabriels office about our concerns. Within minutes Dr. Gabriels PA was at my side making sure the hospital staff changed my protocol and adhered to the PA’s directions. This saved me from being, in my opinion, overly sedated and the correct pain medicine administered and also shortened my required stay in the hospital. Dr. Gabriel was able to make sure that I would have very good care from my own home, making my recovery much faster and, in my opinion, safer with closer and more attentive care. Dr. Gabriels staff made sure that my wife was adequately trained to administer my intravenous meds with great safety and sterility. The at home health care nursing organization “Opti-Care” was awesome to check and clean my pic line weekly. This was the organization that Dr. Gabriel arranged for us.
Post checkups have been very comfortable with Dr. Gabriels awesome staff and my recovery is going well with quicker healing than expected.
My family and I are so grateful and appreciative to have had me taken care of by Dr. Gabriel and his wonderful PA’s and staff. This is the treatment that they give to all of their patients.
