Heather is amazing!
10/10 the best injectors I’ve seen, and I’ve been to most of the top injectors in the Seattle area from Skin Spirit to Nacify to other top businesses!
I was devastated when Heather and Shanti left the last place I was going. I was so happy to hear they’d started their own business and immediately booked an appointment after finding them on google.
Both Heather and Shanti are conservative with their approach when it comes to injectables. They genuinely care about doing what looks best on the patient and listening to the patient’s concerns. They’re also the first injectors I’ve ever seen that tell me no when they don’t think something will look good. They aren’t trying to scam people out of money or make a quick dollar. They go for natural enhancements versus an unrealistic, fake appearance.
I can’t speak more highly of Heather and Shanti and only trust these ladies with my face! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my Botox or filler and would follow them anywhere they went. They are honest, skilled, and simply put, the absolute best.
Heather and Shanti are experts injectors, and give me the most real advice on how to achieve my long term goals for skin rejuvenation and anti-aging. Also providing me the most natural results for my upcoming wedding. They are gems! So happy I found them.

Shanti at Northwest Medical Arts is a miracle worker! I’ve gone to Shanti over the years for various skincare treatments (laser, microneedling, botox, dysport, chemical peels, etc.) to address acne breakouts, scarring, and fine lines, and I’ve always been pleased with the results. My scarring is less noticeable and I can still move my face when I do botox for wrinkles (I do not look frozen!) Shanti is warm and welcoming and won’t upsell you or overpromise on results – she’s realistic and makes you feel good about your skin at any stage, which is refreshing. She has a great sense of humor and I look forward to my appointments (and I commute from Seattle). I’ve heard wonderful things about Heather at NW Medical Arts too, so you can’t go wrong.

Heather is incredible. She did my lips perfectly. Botox as well. So careful and attentive. Someone you absolutely want taking great care in everything she does. The office is also beautiful! Stellar all around.
I have known Shanti for a number of years now, and she quickly became my go to person for all my skincare needs! Shanti is extremely skilled at what she does, and takes the extra time to get to know her clients specific needs to customize solutions for their aesthetic needs. I’ve particularly admired her approach to explain the technical details of every single treatment, what it entails and the pros/cons and risks which is exactly what clients need before they decide to proceed with a treatment. It’s going to be hard for me to trust another Nurse practitioner the way I trust Shanti with my face! I highly recommend North West Medical arts and 100% worth the drive from Seattle! Also a great opportunity to check out the gig harbor neighborhood when you pay a visit to NW Medical arts.

I have been really wanting to do Botox for my “elevens” for a few years. I think the wrinkle makes me look angry… but I was scared to try and didn’t know where to go. A friend of mine highly recommended Heather, so I made an appointment and went in. In the first half of the appointment, we talked about my goals for my skin. She explained her philosophy of skin care and treatments and that she lets the client lead the way but won’t do anything she thinks they will regret or that looks too much. I appreciated her candor and advice. We started out with a lower dose of dyasport and over the next week I saw Increased relaxing of the muscles that cause my elevens. The wrinkle is still there but it is less pronounced and I feel like my face looks happier. I’m super pleased with the results and Heather’s guidance and I would recommend her and her practice to my friends in a heartbeat.
Heather and Shanti are the best!! I just had the light therapy on my face and I can already see a difference. Heather always thoroughly listens to me before making recommendations and will never recommend anything I don’t need. Truly the best in the business. You’re in great hands with them!

I was curious about the place since it had pretty good reviews. I went in for skincare, mainly for a facial and to have my brows done.
I also got a bottle of epionce for my skin. It’s the only thing that I found to really work for dried out hands.
Shanti is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable during my first botox treatment and the results are amazing it looks so natural!
I have been going to Heather for years for my Botox/dysport treatments! She loves teaching with each appointment and she has the best bedside manner. Wonderful experience, and beautiful results! I got the diamond glow facial with Jeni, and I couldn’t be happier. Such a great experience from start to finish. Beautiful, clean, and relaxing feeling space. I was seen within minutes of arriving, and Jeni took such good care of me, making sure to ask about my skin and history. I have had many facials before, and the diamond glow facial was without a doubt the best ever. I left feeling so hydrated and refreshed. I tend to have sensitive skin, and Jeni was super mindful and adjusted appropriately. If you are considering, you should try it out. This is a new location that has just opened up, and I’m so stoked that it is so close! Def worth every penny, and have already made my next appointment 😉
