Northwest Medical Arts is a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. Heather is a highly skilled injector and VERY knowledgeable about cosmetic dermatology. I’ve been a client of Heather’s for over a year (lip filler and Botox injections), and she makes me look and feel my best. She takes a conservative approach, and I always look natural and refreshed. I absolutely recommend Heather or Shanti—I cannot say enough positive things about their practice!

Heather and Shanti are amazing! I received Botox in my Jaw from Shanti and lip filler from Heather. They both walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable. With both services, I was extremely satisfied with the results! My jaw Botox really helped with my teeth grinding, and I fell in love with my lips after my filler from Heather. The spa is also a beautiful and relaxing environment. I definitely recommend!!
I had my first ever treatments by Shanti and I love the results. I have suffered from migraines for 30 years and haven’t had one since getting Botox in my jaw to relieve the tension. Shanti is fantastic at giving beautiful, natural looking Botox injections! It’s always scary to trust someone with your face but Shanti has made me feel comfortable every step of the way and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The office is also a beautiful space with lots of natural light making services a pleasant experience!
I’m SO Happy that NW Medical Arts opened in Tacoma! Botox injections are painless and the new Diamond Glow Treatment is a Dream Vacation for the face! I love coming to Northwest Medical Arts. Heather always knows what I need to keep me looking young and natural. She is very gentle and thorough when she does my Botox and Filler. I recently tried the Diamond Glow and am in LOVE with my results. If you want honest advice and natural results you should definitely check this place out.
In addition to Botox, I had a Diamond Glow treatment with Shanti. I loved my treatments! Shanti took the time to explain both procedures in detail and is very professional and great! I love the new location- great space that is light and airy and has good access and parking! I cannot say enough wonderful things about NW Medical Arts! I recently went in for Microneedling and holy moly, it totally transformed my face! I have been getting compliments on my skin all week! The waiting room is beautiful and esthetically pleasing area with many products available for purchase. Heather is very knowledgeable and gentle with her Botox treatments and I’ve always been so pleased with her in the past and I am excited that she has moved to a location closer to me.
