I’ve been going here for several years. I do mostly ultherapy and have had several sessions that have kept me looking much younger than my current age of 50. The nurses are great and I look forward to seeing them. I also botox and paid for my daughter to do laser hair removal when she turned 18. They are super flexible with me.

I’ve been coming here for coolsculping and I absolutely love it. I was skeptical at first but I’m truly amazed at the results. The staff is super knowledgeable especially the cool sculpting ppl. They know their stuff! And make you so comfortable, really couldn’t be happier.
My journey is I’m 5’9 and gained about 30lbs over Covid (I was at 173) and have lost a bit (145 now) I had stubborn areas of fat but I’d say I’m moderately fit and in clothes about a medium. It’s truly for stubborn areas only and they’ll tell you if this can meet your expectations or not. It took about a couple months to notice the drastic difference but then I was like wow, my love handles are really downsized aka non existent! I was amazed. Thank you guys!
I’ve been a customer since February got fabulous deals on my various treatments and the staff is great very professional and courteous Kathleen is great! My only complaint is if you miss an appointment or have to cancel it could take you up to two months to get that appointment rescheduled they’re very busy I know they’re doing the best they can and I have no complaints about the staff I just think that management needs to look into putting more people in there because you’re not servicing your customers when they have to wait so long to get treatments
I went to my cool sculpting appt and was delighted to see that Amy at the Tukwila store would be my technician that day. She is always so kind and engaging and I love when she does my procedures. I’m sad to know she will be leaving tukwila for a while.
Got my Botox done here and loved it! Very professional nurses and friendly front desk girls.
The sale lady (Abby?) at Tuwikla location was very pushy. I understand that this is her job. However, the way she rush and being pushy toward us made the botox consultation uncomfortable. It’s also sketchy that there was no nurse to come look at our skin condition to provide consultation, instead it was only Abby. I messaged her couple times to request an appt with the nurse for botox and it took a couple of weeks for her to actually check it for us. By the time I called there was no availability left. Overall, this is a sketchy spa with unprofessional sale reps. Gladly we didn’t end up using their service. Please be aware!

I experienced the most helpful and friendly service from Jessica Lutje. She helped answer all my questions and concerns about Botox and lip filler- since it would be my first time booking. She ensured me all the procedures were FDA approved and safe! She was so lovely and kind and patient. If it hadn’t been for her help, I would not have been able to go through this decision! She was most wonderful and I am feeling confident and comfortable going into my upcoming appointments

The sales teams are licensed estheticians who are not pushy and offer line of credit interest free. now my husband doesn’t have to know my beauty splurges!
