Today i would like to write a review and let you all know that this place is a horrible place to be at with the inconsistency of staffing and how they are trained. I have been having many issues with going here. I have had receptionist being rude to, wanting to charge me a fee when they are not supposed to, to getting bad experiences with my treatment because the nurse is new. It is so DIFFICULT to schedule an appt, and when something goes wrong, i tried to tell them and no one seems to do anything. My last visit there was for my bikini hair removal and i left undone because i was so irritated with my service. The nurse is brand new, she seems to be afraid of my bikini area and doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing. I didn’t even tell anyone and just left undone voluntarily. I went ahead and reschedule at a different location for the date i could attend and they went ahead and re-schedule my appt to a diff date without telling me. When i had call back, no one had any openings until SEPT. That would be more than 3 months from my last appt. (that’s still undone) This has been an ongoing issue with Ideal Image and rudeness from the receptionist staffing from TUKWILA. THe only nurse i trust there is AMY and of course she is the best she is always booked. I am not sure how you are going to address of fix this, but this is definitely going to be my last service/purchased from Ideal Image and maybe you don’t care that you are losing my business. who knows, but i would like to let everyone know, and ask if anyone else have experienced anything like what I had to go through!!!

It was ok. I did a year of laser on freckles and it didn’t really work. They are REALLY bad at explaining post treatment details. I only found out after treatment that I can’t exercise for 3 days; my job is an exercise instructor so that was a big deal. The next treatment one of them tells me it’s ok to exercise, as long as I don’t get red. How am I supposed to do that? The worst is when they ask you if you’ve had “sun exposure.” I’m like well Yea, the sun is out, everyone is exposed. And they ask “But have you had sun exposure?” …. They aren’t clear on instructions and each person who does your treatment will tell you a different set of rules. They use and iPad to take before and after or progress photos and it’s horrible, you can’t see a difference. I honestly think it was a waste of money.
