The appointment itself was fine. I don’t have any complaints. But I do still have black hair after 9 laser hair appointments so that is disappointing. Not nearly as much as I did before but I was hoping for a better result. But the biggest reason why I wouldn’t want to recommend Ideal Image is that term contracts have an expiration date and it is impossible to get a timely appointment. Suggested visits are every 6-8 weeks but it takes 4 months to get an appointment at any location. Not impressive

Provider, who do my treatment is great, but, first day when I paid full amount to the , I told them I want all my treatment be with one person and they said ok we do that for you.
After I paid every treatment was with different person, I’m not happy now,
They do not keep their word.
If your looking for a place that actually cares this is def the best choice! These ladies and Aubrey helped me through a confusing loan process and I felt like they really had my back.

I felt very comfortable during the consultation and all my questions were answered. I didn’t feel pressured to accept anything and when I accepted, the process was fast and explained clearly. I have already told my friends about my wonderful experience.
I purchased a coolsculpting procedure and I am very pleased. I was treated very kindly and made to feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I was very well informed by the woman who assisted me about what to expect after treatment. What she told me and how I felt afterwards was very consistent. Very honest company. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to improve physically.
The company did not provide accurate information on date of purchase and now I’m not giving the proper amount of time that I paid for. When I purchased these packages I was told that I could postpone them because I had a trip coming up. The representative told me these procedures are not good for sun and heat exposure. The customer service representative assured me that when I attend to my first appointment my time will start. I asked are you sure because I can just wait tell I get back. They replied with “no, you want to take advantage of this price right now, because i’m not sure how long this deal will last. Now know one seems to have the ability to help me. I’ve been on hold and been told to wait a few days and still nothing. I’m very disappointed at the business practices an miscommunication between the sales staff and customer service. My wife and I bought these’s packages at the same time and her situation is perfect no issue. I don’t understand why I’m having problems and the company’s customer service team is refusing to fix this. At this point it seems like the company isn’t willing to honor the contract in its entirety and just took my money. I’ll be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau an writing a review about my experience.

Horrible place of business, they scam and hurry people into signing their contracts and take loads of money from people then do not do their job. Don’t believe any of their promises because they WILL NOT follow anything they promise you. What a waste of $3,300+ .. I might as well have just lit a match to my money. This place can be compared to a used car sales lot. Salespeople are slimier than any organization I have had to deal with and the managers are even worse. DO NOT waste your money here, go to an accredited business (can be found on BBB website). This business is NOT accredited with them. Do not bring your money here or sign any contracts! Do your research and go elsewhere please!

Both visits for Coolsculpting so far have been great. They get me back right on time for my appointment and are quick and efficient with the set up. I like that I can schedule my next few appointments right after the visit. They are also very good about answering any questions and consistently making sure that you are comfortable throughout the process.
Very patient and professional, the only thing that would cause me to hesitate to recommend is the scheduling and cost. They are booked out quite a ways and this is true for all locations. They simply need more personnel and until they have more people to handle the client load I would be reluctant to recommend going there especially if you have an event you are trying to look your best for. I don’t but the spacing of my appts could be better which is just the way it is nothing against the staff who is wonderful, polite, and patient.
