Read the negative reviews, seriously. Some of the positive reviews are written by employees and management. Very untrustworthy people and unethical practices.
Botox dilute… this time I used 40 units for forehead crease (only 20 Recommended) 10 days later no results.. you have to be careful where you buy your Botox. It’s not the injectors (they are nice and courteous) I used 3 different ladies..going back to old dermatologist where I use 20 units and got my results. Honest Botox. Honest Business. See their Yelp reviews which can not be manipulated.
Karen did my service and she was lovely. Karen make me feel comfortable and seemed very knowledgeable.
So I was treated by Kathleen for laser hair removal, and my goodness, she took care of me and showed genuine interest in ensuring I had the best experience. This is actually my second time with her! I felt immensely comfortable. Then, I met up with Aubrey to consult cool sculpting options. Originally, the price was too much for me. But Aubrey literally tried everything in the book to fit my budget, and she did!!! I feel pampered and they genuinely want their clients to feel brand new when they leave the clinic. My ladies and dudes, you must check it out. Like seriously.

I had an appointment scheduled for over 4 months and it was canceled and I only found out because I called to confirm my appointment the day before. This is unacceptable.
Received my cool Sculpting in November and it was a great experience with nurse practitioner Noor and Jenny.
Will never deal with your unprofessional customer service or manager Sonni ever again. Will make a report to the bureau. I am aware how you guys treat people and how unhelpful your staff is, by escalating the situation.

Just stated going to the Tukwila location about 5/6 months ago and very satisfied with the care they have provided. Awesome service by Karen she answered all my questions and great advice for future treatments.
I did not see any results. I did filler and Botox.
Last week was my first appointment for laser hair removal. Overall, I had a great experience and Karen explained the procedure really well and made sure I felt comfortable.
A lot of difficulty getting bills and statements correct. Botox done incorrectly and caused eyebrow drool which caused eyelid droop. Never got my free treatment with my membership. Not going back.
Super friendly and professional staff. Shout out to the front desk woman (forgot her name, but loved her… she rides a Harley which is badass) & August, my technician!

The staff was all very welcoming and accommodating, especially my nurse Amy P. She took her time to explain the process every step of the way while making sure I was comfortable. I appreciate the extra time that Amy took with me to teach after care and what to expect over the next few weeks. I would recommend her 100x over, she was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and professional. I will definitly be back to see her!
This is my second year with ideal image( Tukwila) and I must say I have had a really good experience with them. The place is neat & tidy, the staff is amazing and the front desk is friendly & helpful. My favourite nurse is Raffy.. he is warm, knows his work and makes u feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
