I had a great experience here, my nurse Alyssa was very knowledgeable and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend friends and family to use Ideal Image Tukwila.
I’ve seen ALL of the incredible providers at this location for my 16 month laser hair contract. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and they are so great at taking care of you if you’re communicative. The clinic is always clean and neat. The providers do an awesome job helping you get through any discomfort….including the male provider I saw. I was a little uncomfortable at first, but he was a true professional. I am excited to try some of the other treatments with this crew! Thank you Ideal Image Tukwila!!!
Very professional and informative
My last visit was awful. I was supposed to be coming in for my last visit on my bikini area and my legs. I arrived and according to the nurse, only the bikini area was on the schedule. I was placed with a male nurse to do this treatment – which is something I was totally uncomfortable with. And so I asked that he move from the bikini area to my legs – received that last treatment – and left. This was after 3 phone calls where I was told by two different staff members that I needed to pay for this appointment – even though I had been told by the nurse at my previous appointment that these would be for free since my treatment got delayed when your location was closed due to COVID. I am so disappointed in the service I received from Ideal Image. I would NEVER recommend your services to anyone. It was all about upcharging and trying to get more money from me along the way. You way oversell your products – and so in the 18 months of treatment, I never had my next appointment at the time that the nurse recommended – because the next availabilities were always out 1 – 2 months later.
Fantastic customer service, clean, great location. Super happy with my results and will definitely come back!
Long wait for checking in and out, I did my treatment few years ago for bikini and underarm I came back for my touch up session The treatments were so painful even with numb cream.Also,the prices for the treatment is really high .
I’ve been coming in for a few sessions now and they have always been super kind, on time, professional and amazing in general. The staff really knows what they’re doing so I trust them completely. Would recommend to anyone!
I have been an Ideal Image customer for years, I had my first treatments done in Austin, Texas in 2014. I always have a great experience at each location because the employees are fantastic. This week was my first time at the Tukwila location. I worked with Alyssa for my treatment and Jennifay at the front desk for scheduling. They were both lovely and took excellent care of me. Looking forward to doing the rest of my treatments in Tukwila and meeting more of the amazing staff!
My first session for LHR was today and it was quick 😊 Raffy was so great, he made me feel comfortable. I also like the fact that they are open during weekends it makes it easy for me to fit in my schedule. I’ll update my review once I’m done with my treatment.
I was a couple minutes late but called to let the front desk know. I was taken right back and my tech was awesome and funny and we had a great time blasting off my leg hair. Everyone is always gracious and nice.
Mandy is incredible, funny, courteous, and made me feel at ease! She made me feel confident in my cosmetic choices and didn’t pressure me into anything that wouldn’t be beneficial for my skin care journey. I can’t even wait to see my results in the future. I’m so happy I chose Ideal Image thus far!
I love the people that work at this location! On Saturday 1/15, the Cool Tone machine was broken so my appt had to be postponed, but I hadn’t gotten the messages until the day of appt. The team was able to switch gears and provide a last minute service for me instead so my trip was not wasted. I’ve been a customer here for years and had not met August until this visit. She was extremely attentive, great technique to help alleviate the zing of lasering and made me feel like a friend! Thank you, Allison
