I signed up for laser hair removal just under a year ago. I had always heard of Ideal Image and decided to give them a try. I started going to a location closer to my home, but for a couple reasons I decided to go to the Tukwilla location and I quickly realized that it’s worth the drive. Every time I go, every staff member is kind and thoughtful. They take extra time to hear about how I’m doing with each treatment and schedule my next appointments prior to leaving so I don’t need to call in, which is what I had to do at the other location. I’ve enjoyed every service provider i have had, but most recently I have Raffy for my service and met Genevieve at the front desk and they were awesome. Definitely check this location out!

They accommodated my request about seeing a specific NP who knew about my shoulder pain. Joselyn was very understanding about the limited range of my shoulder and in spite of that, she was able to do an amazing job.
100% scam people don’t fall for their promise’s at the begging, once done with their hair removal procedure its doesn’t work and its pain full, and when u go back to confront them they will change their story, I didn’t read the contract before signing. Please please..read the contract it says they are not reliable if it don’t work..they know it doesn’t work that’s why it say that in a contract

You people don’t gave the correct inf about the treatment…so I just waist my money.
My partner and I signed up for a BBL package almost a year ago – since then we have only been able to use 2 out of the 5 sessions we purchased in 10 months – we have been cancelled on each 4 times; normally the day of the appt and we have to travel an hour to the nearest facility. Last time we were cancelled on, we were offered a free session of BBL each for our troubles and we have still not received anything to sign for this extra service – it has been over 10 days since our last communication with ideal. We spent over $10k with Ideal and still cannot make appts or get any appts on the schedule as they are booked out a few months at every location. I would not recommend Ideal as you will pay for services that they will not let you redeem nor do they attempt to make it right.

I have not received a call or modification to my contract to complete the original contract for hair removal. Procedure was delayed due to COVID and my service is NOT complete- hair still exists. I was supposed to receive a call about 2 weeks ago per the onsite staff in the office at my previous appointment. Please contact me. Thanks
