I enjoy the atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and kind. The actual process of hair removal is very painful though. I wasn’t expecting it to be so much. But everyone takes their time with you and makes you feel understood and cared for.
Kathleen was great to work with, I’ve been scheduled with her twice now. She explained everything that she would be doing before she began and during the process, and answered all of my questions along the way. I felt super comfortable plus we had fun. The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and kind. Thanks south center team!
I normally do not write reviews. However, I am so bothered by this companies customer service. I thought I would share my experience. Their sales team is amazing and fast. They had all the answers to my question I had and walked me through all my finance options. Hands down A+, however, that does not make up for the lack of customer service at the actual clinic. I work across the street from Ideal Image, so there should be no reason that I miss an appointment… however miscommunications happen and I understand that when I showed up 30 min late because I thought I heard my appointment time was at 3:30PM I was annoyed that they didn’t even check in on me to see if I was comming. Then, when i requested a refund, their exact response was, “we will see.” This comment alone has made me want to write this review. They need to learn how to check in on someone who is missing and when the missing person show up have a lot more empathy. I hope no one else has this experience, and if you take customer service seriously, I hope you see this review as a caution sign
I absolutely love this location!! They are so nice and so helpful. Best decision I ever did was booking laser hair removal with Ideal Image.
I paid a huge amount of $. Basically no results. Only results was because I’ve lost weight. Even my face doesn’t look even a tiny bit better after Ult treatment.

Arianne was amazing she made me feel comfortable and was very professional. She made sure I was ok throughout the whole process and in the more uncomfortable areas made sure I was ok to continue on. She went above and beyond to make sure I also had the right machine for me needs. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and welcoming, they scheduled me for my next visit. Hands down everyone at the South Center office that I interacted with was amazing! Thank you ladies!
I’ve done multiple hair laser removal sessions with different laser practitioners, but Diana is by far the best. She is amazing!!!

They don’t seem to be too concerned with customer service. If a customer has an issue, they are very matter of fact and the person who works remotely to handle contracts and finances is probably the least helpful person I have ever encountered (in regards to a business of this scale). They had only one person at the front desk who hardly acknowledges you. If you need to check out and the ONE front desk person is handling something, there is no pleasantry like “I will be with you in a moment.” I stood for more than 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. At some point I just left as there was someone behind me who came in needing to check in (I later decided I would call to schedule my next appointment). I just don’t leave this place feeling that great. It’s a lot to pay for services and feel that way.
Very hard to schedule appointments around my work schedule so I feel like I’m not getting the number of treatments within the time frame I need to (16 months) . Offices used to be open to 7pm which has changed and has caused me to have to miss work to have my treatments do
Mary was my medical professional help and she was so amazing and sweet! And made the whole experience comfortable.

Its clean and easy to get to. The staff is extremely nice and i feel confident with their work. My lip filler appointment, i had a mini panic and i was treated super kindly. I will continue to come here.
The person i had Conversation was Phenomenal. She answered all my questions & gave all Clearity to all my Doubts. I love the way she Projects & explain the Process very smoothly.
Wonderful first time visit for Botox. I really enjoyed my ARNP, Kathleen. She was friendly, efficient, and skilled. The staff were friendly as well. Looking forward to my next visit.
