Exilent very good
It was good. Was very comfortable .
I came in with my daughter and I was refused treatment because you apparently don’t allow children on your facility. The unfortunate part is that no one mentioned to me that kids were not allowed .
Services aside, which met my expectations as a customer, I cannot recommend anyone go to Ideal Image for the following reasons:
1. Shoppers beware, sketchy sales tactics push clients into an expensive and legally binding contract before they might’ve had time to do competitor research.
2. I’ve had 3 appointments cancelled because the company made layoffs and did not have the staffing to support appointments that I had made months in advance. I was then forced to reschedule to a later date. For this reason, I did not get the maximum amount of treatments that my contract should’ve allowed for.
3. Ideal Image auto renewed my discount membership ($299.00) without notifying me beforehand. They were able to refund part of it, but still kept a $20 “processing fee”, which they insisted could not be waved.
Overall, this is a company that operates against customer interests to penny pinch from people who are already overpaying for their services. It is especially poor form that they laid off NP staff this year, who’s kindness and professionalism were the only redeeming quality of this company.
After purchasing a contract with the additional follow up services I experienced multiple mishaps withy appointments, I had to fight 69 gety contract extended during COVID lockdown and due to the mishandling of my appointments. They 8ncreased touch ups from $39 to $50. I have to say the pricing does not reflect the quality of service and results you should expect. I will not continue services.
I got my BBL treatment on March 6, 2023. I think her name was Kathy. The one who did my treatment. She was great! I would come back to see her again. Also I love the results of the BBL treatment. My skin looks clearer. Love it!

Everything was great! The medical technician was knowledgeable, polite, warm and friendly. Fully explained the service and what to expect. Provided requested recommendations for other treatments that would benefit me.
They handled me very well for my second time. Talked me through the whole process like professionals.-Aj
So far I have been in for botox, and most recently came in for my free treatment-BBL facial. I really enjoyed both experiences and was pleased I had the same woman preform both my treatments-she is awesome!
I would recommend not getting any of their packages. They make you pay upfront for the whole thing. It is difficult to get appointments and on top of that several of my appointments were canceled due to staff not being in or clinic hours were changed last minute. You have to make appointments months ahead of time but they will cancel the appointment either one day prior or the day of your appointment. They often told me to go to different locations last minute. It is bad service alll around. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not just the Tukwila location but this company in general is bad news. It was so tiring and stressful to deal with them and their scheduling issues.
I would never recommend Ideal Image to any of my friends due the process of the appointment scheduling. The process is not customer friendly at all. You get stuck with Ideal Image and forced to work according to their schedule for the services that you have paid for.

I am getting treated for laser and coolsculpting. For my laser, most of the RNs were nice. The only thing I’m not happy about it is that the treatment wasn’t consistent, meaning everyone was not efficient. I have a huge patch and I am not happy about it. With the amount of money I already spent, I have to spend more to get touch ups for a huge patch which should’ve been treated during my treatments. This treatment is very painful as well.
For coolsculpting, I wished I could’ve been treated 2 areas at the same rather than 1 at a time. I was told the appointment would be 2-4 hours, I got done in 1. Also, after getting my treatment done recently, I am not as numb like how I was in my very first treatment. I am not sure if this how it’s suppose to me or if whom had done it, didn’t do it like the other did it. I am not sure. Like I said, not everyone is consistent and efficient when you’re getting treated.
I have a couple complaints. I called about cool sculpting & the lady I spoke to felt very pushy to get me to apply. She was supposed to be a specialists but she acted as a sales person. She kept trying to get me to apply and then after I said I wanted to think about it because I got quoted for $5000, she told me that it will be $100 more if I take time to think about it if I don’t apply right now. After i said not now she quickly hung up. There are places that quoted me for less than $2000.
I had such a great experience, this was my fourth treatment and it went great, just like the other three. My technician was lovely and talked me thru the process. I am looking forward to my next session!!
Very professional staff ,quick and excellent customer service.
My last treatment was for four hours , they only give me two and
I never got an appointment for the rest of the treatment.

After two months waiting this people finishing my treatment I went today and they told me was only for pictures, seriously ?
They told me that was nothing in my chart that I need to finish my treatment.
They are cheaters big time .
You need to check and re checking the rounds 9f the treatment
I will never recommend this place !!
