  • I love the services your company offers. Your technicians are awesome.
    However your rules on scheduling are horrific, frustrating, and difficult.
    You send same day notices that you have changed appointment times. we that are employed make time for these appointments and cannot drop everything to come.
    I tried to get an appointment for a cheek filler but everytime I called to make a filler appointment I was booked wrong. So when I showed up you had me down for lips or face lines, not the cheeks. I ended up getting the right appointment after a year of incorrect booking only to get a text same day saying that my appointment had been changed.
    I was angry. I called to talk to a manager but never received a call back.
    I also have booked on several occasions an appointment for my husband. However when I received word that my appointment for fillers was moved and I could not go. My husband had an appointment scheduled for botox that would work. I called to ask if I could take his appointment for my filler. First your scheduler said that they could not even talk to me about my husbands appointment. So i said cancel it. you said that he would have to call to cancel.
    Frustrating that I could make an appointment but not cancel it.
    Then After this bad experience, MY HUSBAND CALLED AND SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO RENEW HIS MEMBERSHIP.
    The very next day he received a notice that you had charged his card to renew. UGH…
    I have some fillers left over from a previous visit and made an appointment to get me lips done. Your staff called to say that the change from cheeks to lips had been approved but that I had to cancel the appointment that I had already set up because it was booked for cheeks.
    Your system is so frustrating. So I canceled my appointment but have not made a new one.
    I have credit at your company but you guys make it sooooo hard to use.

    to recap… The services are good but your rules around scheduling appointments need some serious help.

  • Pathetic customer service, very rude receptionist with attitude. I used them for a while but over and done with them!

  • Amazing, quick, and painless! Loved working with Jenny on my journey to being a hairless kitten 😻 lol 😹
    She made me feel so comfortable despite my disability which is huge for me especially when you are doing something so personal that makes you feel extremely vulnerable with someone.
    The owner did my first treatment and she was so accommodating and gentle as well! 🥰
    When I was chatting with Jenny yesterday during my treatment she told me that all the employees that work there are nurses who have qualifications and actual hospital experience instead of just being basic estheticians that are able to do these procedures as well without the higher education. 👩‍🎓📚📜
    I was very surprised by that and it made me feel even more comfortable in their hands. 💞🤲
    It’s very hard to be disabled and find somewhere that makes you feel at home! 💕🤗🏡😊
    I made sure to schedule my next appointment with Jenny again because my mom, care assistant, and I had a great time and some good laughs with her! 💗🤣🥳
    I am so happy to be on my hairless journey with them and have been amazed how I went from having to shave every other day to maybe once a week after only one treatment!!! 😲🤯🙌🥳🎉
    You will not be disappointed as the owner knows what she’s doing when hiring her staff because all the girls I have met there so far are extremely sweet and very knowledgeable!!!

  • Very good representative did laser hair removal for my daughter….she seems to be kind and provided good customer services and satisfaction.

  • The specialist who helped me during my appointment was excellent. The front desk staff tried to help me with a question I had about my free service (which was delayed so I could schedule it with my appointment and then further delayed because I was told it couldn’t be done at the same time as my appointment [which a specialist then said later that I could do the procedures at the same time] and then further delayed because of a serious back injury). The front desk staff were supposed to reach back out and follow up with more information and I never received a call back, and now my free service is expired and I’m unable to use it. It’s a very frustrating situation that no one both at the clinic or corporately will help me to resolve, which has me seriously considering cancelling my membership and going elsewhere.

  • My actual Lazer hair removal was great.

    I got a text message for my birthday (12-2) saying I get $150 off. Once at my appointment I was told it was only towards new contracts over $1,000. It didn’t say anything like that in the text message and I feel like it’s FALSE ADVERTISING, and because of that I won’t recommend Ideal Image.

  • I decided to wait until my last treatment to write a review. I have HS which is why I wanted to try laser. I’ll say I haven’t noticed any difference with that so far if that’s why you’re looking into starting laser. Starting off I got a consultation July of 2021. Although some might feel they are pushy, I knew what I wanted to do so I signed day of. The woman helping me initially said it’s painless. Which is not true AT ALL. My rib tattoo hurt far less than this. Laser is very painful (in some spots) For me it was at least. I got underarms, Brazilian, lower legs, and stomach. I ended up paying an extra 40$ to get numbing cream for some areas. Process is fairly straight forward. Every appointment I had someone different, and everyone did things different. Some people did more or less of some areas, leaving me with a little more hair left in some areas due to inconsistency. Some of the people doing the treatments honestly didn’t seem medically trained people like they say, but knew what they were doing in terms of laser. I did get burned twice, no fault of my own, it was the people doing the treatments fault. That was due to what I said earlier and people doing different areas the last people haven’t done. It hurt a lot, but the scars faded. Make sure you listen to the no sun rule, because you won’t get the most of the appointments in your 1.5 years you have treatments, and it will burn you (didn’t happen with me, I wore long pants all summer). I lucked out and was able to get an appointment right after I signed, but some places book out two months, so flexibility isn’t there most of the time. All in all I’m glad I got this done. My skin is very soft now, and I have practically no hair left other than a few spots from inconsistency. I’ll probably have to shave still but not often, maybe every 4 months and the hairs are baby hairs do we’ll see how well this last treatment does. The woman at my last appointment did say that most people come in for “touch up” before summer once a year!

  • The service is fine as long as you can keep your appointment. Twice they have cancled by them after me making time to to be there and confirming my appointment. For the cost of the service, i would expect better service.. Totally unacceptable.

  • It was the best experience I ever had ,everyone was so nice and so professional,I did Botox and the result was so good I highly recommended.

  • Today was my 4th treatment for face and neck laser hair removal. I paid $2186.00 total. Karen was my nurse practitioner that I had for the first time today. My first appt was in Tacoma. The last 3 were here in Tukwila. Every single time they completely get each hair off my face and neck. Today I left and had patches of hair in different spots. I called while still sitting in the parking lot and told the receptionist. She spoke to Karen and had me come back in. Karen was AMAZING in the beginning and SO RUDE when I came back about the hairs remaining. She was snappy telling me she did her part and that the area on my neck that still had long hairs wasn’t included. After explaining that this is my 4th treatment and I had never left with this much hair and I was specific on my consultation of what I expected. She asked WELL WAS YOUR CONSULTATION VIRTUALLY. I said Karen I paid over two thousand and I expect the same great service every time. Never have they not did MY NECK. She then started to ignore me as we got back in the room . She stated she would redo my whole face while throwing rude side comments THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME. I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE And was devastated I’ve invested money into this company. In the end she goes I’ve hit you you with 400 lasers and last time we only did 250. At this point I was appalled. I told her thank you and left. I think I will be returning to the Tacoma location even though it’s out the way. I’m just really shocked at this whole encounter.

    The lifetime warranty is a joke. It’s $300 annually and $100 co pay every visit. They won’t tell you that when you sign up.

  • NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY!! Audrey Walker is a JOKE!! It’s been a few months since my first cool sculpting and toning and NO ONE has called me to see how it went, if I see and like my results, NOTHING! As much money as I paid, you would think they would do a follow up call. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER BUSINESS!!

  • Annette explain to me in detail what will be done to my issue (big tummy ). It is wrong timing to do the procedure because of the holiday. Friends and families coming over, busy all the way.

  • This is absolutely the worst company to do business with! Please don’t waste your time and money with them. Not only is it difficult to book appointments but they by far have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have had an issue with a treatment received through them and was unable to get in contact with anyone for close to a year despite leaving numerous messages by phone, email and at my local clinic. Upon finally getting a response it has been nothing but lies regarding what they would do or inconsiderate service reps. They also make you pay in full and once they get your money you’re forgotten. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

  • Very nice and makes you feel comfortable! Highly recommend! The staff for all very friendly, they take good care of you. Very satisfied customer!

  • This is my second time for my treatment, and I got a different nurse, (nothing bad about the nurse number one) But Karen my second nurse was amassing!!!. maybe feel very confident and, too bad she is booked all away to December, I will like to have her as my always nurse.
