Awful customer service the moment you sign your contract. They tell you services are unlimited for 16months but then have no availability to schedule appointments! What’s even more ridiculous is that I have had THEM cancel on me, the day of my appointment, TWICE! We are talking thousands of dollars down the drain and awful customer service. They will respond to negative reviews on public forums to say someone has/will be reaching out, but no-one ever does.

I am extremely happy with the Southcenter Ideal Image. The staff is attentive and courteous, the technicians are friendly and efficient. They make the whole process of laser treatments bearable due to their knowledge and ability to carry on a conversation.
Everything was explained and process was easy and quick
Since signing up in Dec 2020 i have had billing issues. I have had incorrect amounts of $350 taken from my bank twice. I was refunded but this should not be happening at all. Every time I go into the office there is a discussion con evening my account. I love the service but not the sloppy accounting issues associated. I will not be signing up again nor suggesting my friends and family should try.

Oh my gosh Southcenter was so amazing! I felt like I was in heaven’s spa. I was treated amazingly by every single person I spoke to. Jenny was SPECTACULAR the whole time!!! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, except that I wish I had more treatments done!
Great cool-sculpting treatment
I really like ideal image and have been a customer for many years but this was my time at this location and I had better experiences before.
I was there on time but had to wait 20 mins while my numbing cream effect was slowly degrading and the nurse did not have empathy for my pain and was in rush to get done and was annoyed when I asked her for breaks and never gave me icepack i asked for so I got up 1/2 done because I couldn’t take it

Do not do a zoom call with this company. This is a scam to get your money, because that is the only thing this company cares about. I thought I was signing for a loan with Ally, but the sales girl (who makes commission) had me sign a contract with Ideal without my knowledge. She never disclosed anything about the contract or about a refund policy if you decide not to go through with the procedure. I canceled the next morning, she called me the next day and began pushing this procedure on me, how great it is… when I said after researching I just don’t feel safe about it, she began threatening me about a contract and that’s when I found out this was a total scam! Don’t trust this fraudulent company!
