Everyone here at this clinic was so nice and the provider that took care of me, Simran, was amazing! She was very informative and answered all my questions as she walked me through each process.
After paying $6750 for coolsculpting and It doing absolutely nothing, except preying on women with low self esteem, I will be filing a lawsuit, since I am getting no return help on refunding l.
No such thing as life time guarantee. It’s $250 annually with a $100 co pay FOR EACH VISIT. Do the math. I received one service for facial hair removal. That was $3000 for 7 sessions. Would’ve never chose ideal image if I knew the life time warranty was a scam and cost over $700 a year after initial treatment. Hair doesn’t go away after 7 sessions so you’ll have to pay the annual fee and 100 dollars often. Lol. Scam scam scam

Timely for the appointment. Everybody there was super friendly, courteous, and professional! I was provided all the information needed to complete the procedure and everything was explained as the process moved forward to completion. Other than the office location, it was a great experience. Thanks
Spent several hours going through consultation, conducted a loan application (and credit check inquiry,) and then made an appointment. Was refused service for disability, provider refused to offer any accommodations (even though I didn’t need any,) refused to accept a waiver, and reinterpreted what I wrote on the intake forms. All of this was discussed prior, during the consultation, and now I am being forced to spend hours on the phone and up to 30 days dealing with trying to get a refund and my account closed from the bank. Dishonest and discriminatory company, who still has my money, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The first Ideal Image I went to I was yelled at by the tech because she said I was late, and it was going to cost me a $50 late fee. On the app it showed me getting my neck and face done with BBI at one time and it showed on the tech’s computer another time. The tech said I had enough time to do my neck, so I did that. During the procedure the tech was rude and literally grabbed my chin and roughly moved my head around. She was obviously angry.
I scheduled my next treatment in Tacoma. I had an awesome tech. I found out I did not qualify for BBI due to my skin. I asked to do fillers and Botox instead. I had a credit for the BBI that should have covered it, now I was charged an extra $800 for the procedure. When I looked at the bill, the credit should have covered almost all of it. I cannot get anyone to help me with this overcharge. If someone could just explain the overcharge, it would help a lot. I would love more communication. This company is sales heavy and customer service deficient.

The only reason I’m not even giving them more then 1 star, is because the staff at this location are kind and not to blame. There are so many hidden fees. You think your paying for a certain area to treat, turns out it only covers a quarter of the area you need treated.. so here we are shelling out even more money. And good luck getting any type of response or communication from the higher ups of the company. I’ll never use Ideal Image again after my treatments are complete.
When I was finally able to get the procedures done the procedure itself was done well. I’m not completely satisfied and believe that what I was sold on the phone was definitely not what I received. It took way too long to get my procedures done before my upcoming trip in December and I was told that I would be able to get them done before I left. Scheduling is a nightmare not only not having available appointments but I’ve been scheduled for the wrong things and communication is still a nightmare
