Everyone was awesome alot of information
The process went very smoothly. I was quickly checked in and introduced to the RN/medical professional Elsa (sp) who provided me with all the information regarding the Cool Sculpting procedure. She made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions, which I did, and she answered them all. It was a very positive, professional and caring experience and I look forward to my future sessions/cycles.
The nurse was very rushed. She kept opening the door and walking in and out as I was standing there half naked. It did not feel like she applied the coolsculpting applicator properly, as it kept trying to reattach itself, but when I tried to tell her that, she ignored me. And after, when it normally feels like there is glass under the skin as they do the massage, the most horrific feeling, it felt like nothing. Hundreds of dollars of my money down the drain.
It was great. Simran is absolutely amazing. She listens, suggest and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to seeing her again.
I want to give a shout out to Cayla who did my Laser Treatments! This was my first time ( 9/4/22 ) ever doing anything like this and Cayla did an amazing job keeping the appointment comfortable for me. I am hyper sensitive so the Lazer procedure is intense ( it is rather annoying than actual discomfort for me ). Cayla was super patient with me and kept me distracted!

The entire team in Tacoma did an amazing job. After several booking issues with your internal team I was ready to cancel and move all future services to a different provider. The two front desk staff and my nurse practitioner were amazing! As someone who lives in Kirkland I choose to do my follow up appointments down in Tacoma due to the professionalism of your Tacoma team and their desire to do what was best for the customer.

These people have ZERO follow through. They were super quick to take my money, but 4 weeks and 3 cancelled appointments later… I still have not received any treatments. When I expressed my complaint when Ideal called to cancel yet again, the response I got was: “Thats nor here nor there… we have no provider.”
Cancelled my loan with them and going to my dermatologist.
Sidney was OUTSTANDING. She was so nice and helpful and worked with me to get numerous appointments booked!

The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable.
Even tho the contract was kind of tricky, I was lucky enough to have Aloni and Siram in my sections. I was about to not continue cause the amount of pain I got(in my case, not everyone is the same) literally I cried a few times(pretty sure was all of them )but Aloni was all the time making sure I was able to make it. The results??? From shaving my legs every single day to literally once in a month. Was worth it, I don’t have bumps or rashes in my skin. And I can wear shorts without feeling ashamed of my skin situation. Recommend it 100%

Wonderful experience. Found them via web search and filled out forms for a call. Next morning got a call and voicemail. Call back within a few minutes and was able to connect with my consultant via Zoom and talk about plans and services.
Booked easily with 16 month membership and great payment plant. Nadia was amazing, friendly, supportive, affirming, and knowledgeable on all the questions I asked. Prices are reasonable with bonuses for future services.
