Simran was amazing! She made my first appointment great! I was nervous and she was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The process was also very quick and didn’t hurt like I thought it would. Overall really great experience!!
Kinda of dirty and loud
I love ideal image in Tacoma! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they make it so comfortable. I highly recommend.
I love the way she did my lips and also some Botox I had done.
Do not ever go here. They do not deliver what they promise. They just take your money and lie to you. $30 touch up treatments for life are a lie and just a gimmick to get your money!
Unprofessional staff. They do not have enough experience. They did not give me enough shots. some parts of my body after 2 tims has not changed at all! so disappointing.

After completing my laser hair removal treatment that was included in the price, I still have a few hairs that need treatment. I don’t like the fact that I’m still paying for more treatment but my overall experience was great.
Theresa was informative and was polite through out the treating process.

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to write a second review due to my experience with this company and their lack of customer service. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The procedures typically cost a decent amount and upfront to make matters worse so I would highly recommend going to a clinic that actually puts customers first and want to take care or any client issues or questions. Ideal Image has little to no customer service once they get your payment then they are done trying to help — you will not get any assistance with any treatment issues and/or scheduling. I have had an ongoing issue with my treatment and have been trying to get someone in this company to help me for 6+ months— I have reached out to the manager at my local facility numerous times, spoke to several employees to have them leave detailed messages of what is going on as well as reaching out to corporate. I never receive any communication back from either corporate or the manager at my local Ideal Image.
Very disappointed in overall experience with Ideal Image. Very hard to make an appointment for services. Unable to get ahold of anyone in management after several requests over many months.
Everyone at this store is really sweet and knowledgeable about they do! I can’t recommend this location enough.
They make you pay upfront and have no employees to do the services they offer and keep rescheduling!

Terrible place don’t go waste of money
I have had 2 laser hair removal appointments with Ideal Image. So far the first appt I was sitting in the waiting room for 30 mins. The 2nd appt I was sitting in the waiting area for 15 mins. The front desk staff have yet to be nice or friendly when I check in or make any attempts to bring me back sooner. Yet other patients are brought back almost immediately after walking in. I don’t mean to spout a difference in race but being a woman of color, it has been hard not to take notice of the continued differences in treatment. Both the front desk girl (Asian/Pacific Islander appearing, with reddish-brown hair) and the Caucasian front desk girls are simply rude and barely acknowledge my existence. Since I am just as worthy of a paying customer, with time that is just as valuable as the other patients are I truly find this disheartening and upsetting for me to have to continue my treatments with Ideal Image. No one wants their time wasted when I have other appts to meet on my days off no less. I truly hope their staff undergoes some culture inclusion and diversity training. Because if this experience persists once my treatments are over I will no longer be returning to Ideal Image.
My technician was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, professional, courteous & concerned about my experience & comfort the entire time. The time flew by & it was one of my best visits yet. I also had a recent trauma & she was so caring & accommodating. In a world where customer service seems nearly extinct, she made me feel important!
Kelly is amazing, but then Jenna, too is super kind and informative. When I arrive there was a booking situation upfront and it could have been tense but the team rallied and one stepped in to take the guest in. Amazing.
The office staff are friendly and the services provided are excellent!
