I have used this ideal image and southcenter. When I went to this ideal image the woman did not do a good job. She didn’t follow protocol at all. Very unprofessional. I love the southcenter location you get your money’s worth there.
Most everyone here is super friendly, sometimes front staff not so much. Happy with the laser hair removal am receiving
Things went as I assumed. I was more sensitive to the treatment as I was told the intensity increases every other visit. But I was able to grin and bear when needed and got through the procedure without any undue issues or pain. As always, the technician was professional and proceeded through the appointment with great customer service.

The add I saw said I could get a session for $39.95. When I called I was informed that the add was wrong. That was a monthly payment. They then quoted me a price of $1,088.88. I just wanted to do something this month for my 50th birthday. Needless to say its won’t be with this company. Its falser advertising. They then tried to make me join a membership for $250.00 and that would include ONE “free” session but only that ONE session is included. I had to have emergency foot surgery so am not not allowed to work and am on FMLA. I can’t even begin to afford this. After I informed them of this they tried to make me feel guilty because “this was the only month they would be running a special and if I didn’t buy now then I would loose out”. You can’t get money from someone who doesn’t have any no matter how much of a guilt trip you try lay on me.
I went in for laser hair removal, having never done this before, Simran was AMAZING and informative. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Answered all my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel like I didn’t need to be asking the ones I did.
Please be very careful when you sign up for laser hair removal. It is thousands of dollars and is completely nonrefundable the second you sign the contract. They make you take out a personal loan with 9.9% interest even if you want to pay cash in full. You can’t get any sun exposure or do any waxing while receiving services otherwise you could get injured by the laser and the services take place over a year so make sure you don’t have any sunny vacations planned for that whole time. It is also extremely painful, like you’re being set on fire and the smell of your hair burning and seeing the bright laser zaps is very unsettling. None of the above things were explained to me before I signed the contract so I deeply regret that. The actual nursing staff were nice and caring to me and the facility is clean, that’s the only reason I’m not giving zero stars.
The worst experience I ever had for an service. First of all, in more than 3 months I have not been able to get an appointment for which I pay because it is never a valid time to schedule earlier, just later in a month. Two, at the first visit the nurse was very rude and did not even bother to understand the situation that i was late with 10 minutes because of an accident, even if I called and let them know and they said no problem. When I arrived I was rushed to fill all paperworks and the nourse wasn’t polite at all. I understand I was late 10 minute but not more an I said I would really appreciate if they can give me treatment (laser) just for one area instead of 3 for which I was scheduled. So I thought that their rash and bad attitude is because they are trying to make it work and give me at liston treatment; So after nurse clear me, this is what they said she just send me off the room and said see you next time. I am sorry, but I was kind of confused and mad, I ask you polatly and you had at list to try to provide me service but no……. I had laser hair removal before but nerve had such horrible experience. I am working full time, so time when I can schedule is not very flexible but looks like nobody cares about their clients.
Another think is that i tried to complete medical history form online but teh save and continue button is not working so I can not complete the form.
I am very disappointed that I have such a horrible experience….
Everyone is extremely professional and kind. I’ve felt absolutely comfortable each time I’ve gone to my appointments and they’re really good about listening to my thoughts about the progress of my treatment.

The service was exceptional! I felt welcomed and cared for. I appreciate when one shows up for services that require us to feel vulnerable as we work on our image and the service providers are nice, friendly and make you feel comfortable.
After speaking with another place that does cool sculpting, I was extremely interested but wasn’t sold due to their prices and options for financing/payments. I got to have a consultation with Amanda and she was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. I am so excited for my first session! Only bummer is having to wait 2 months to get my first session in. I would LOVE to get started ASAP.
The lady was not very nice . This is not a way you speak to clients and turn off the zoom. I’m not ready to go there. I was really interested about doing my body there but now I’m not. Will give my money elsewhere

Jason and Nicole are THE B-E-S-T!!! 🏆 I called and I got a consultation right away same day!! Jason was about to be off work in a couple of minutes when I called but he stayed to better help me since I had to call back to confirm if the consultation would work for me. He answered all my questions briefly and straight to the point. He is AWESOME.
Then I met w/ Nicole through Zoom (which is so great and convenient!!!) for my initial consultation and she is so awesome and easy to talk to like talking to your bestie!! You can really see that she has genuine concern and was really excited as I am!
EDIT: I made this review before I had my initial appt w/ Simran, but I just wanna say – after my appt w/ her, my experience w/ Ideal Image just got even better!! she is a delight and greeted me w/ a smile that I can see even through her mask!! She is bubbly and is VERY GOOD in explaining what to expect and answering my questions in a very fun and engaging way. From that moment I knew I would be comfortable w/ her and I wish my every appointment would be w/ her. I wanted to know her name specifically since I know I am planning to give her the best review she deserves! 🥰
