My specialist was super friendly right from the start. Although when I began asking questions (this was my first time ever hearing about coolsculpting), she was condescending with her answers. Initially I had planned to pay for the service in full but she showed me a couple payment plan options and seemed to lean more in that direction assuming because I would be solidifying the service right then and there. I informed her that I was interested in receiving the service in a couple weeks when I felt more comfortable paying for it in full and her demeanor changed and she became pushy and condescending about just financing it. Maybe there is a quota she needed to meet but it turned me off a lot and I decided to not go through with it solely because of how she was trying to sell me. “Friendly” became snobby very quickly and she actually hung up on me when I was trying to thank her for her time but she ended the call before I could even finish. I am still interested in the service but I would’ve really liked somebody that made me feel more like they were trying to help me feel better about myself instead of just taking my money.
I had a new provider beginning of April, who was doing my Brazilian and upper legs. Looked at myself in the mirror a couple days later, and I was covered in what appeared to be big, dark, frequent bruises all over my upper legs, buttox, and Brazilian. Turns out I was burnt and am now suffering from severe hyperpigmentation on my most intimate body parts. I’m also getting married next month. Response from ideal image? “Sorry! Wait it out.” I cannot express my pain. I’m embarrassed to share photos. I have never been so disappointed. – Tehreem
I had scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance, it happened to be Mother’s Day at 2:50 and I was beyond excitement. A year and a half postpartum from my 3rd baby I decided it was time to do this for myself. I showed up to the appointment and once in the room I was told I couldn’t have the treatment without a doctors note, I was devastated and upset. Why couldn’t this have been asked of me sooner? Say the 2 weeks before me arriving and celebrating Mother’s Day a day early so I could be with my husband and children. I was told there was no appointments until the end of July and the nurse ensured me that she would call me the next day if not in 2, to get me on the schedule. I bent over backwards to get in to see my doctor within short notice and after getting the requested note, I myself called and got in on a last minute cancellation. I never heard from the nurse.
3 days after my initial appointment I had my first treatment done. The staff that day were very pleasant, nice and made me feel comfortable. I have several more treatments scheduled and look forward to coming back. What started out as a rough first impression, has mended itself a tad with the kind care of Aloni (I hope that’s spelled correctly) and the staff that day.
This place was beyond professional and helpful. Every person I worked with helped to get me to my end goal with pricing, knowledge, options, and of course the service which was performed by Jocelyn. Outstanding experience and I highly recommend.

No problem with Tacoma location specifically. But ideal image ITSELF is a freaking RIP OFF! Got the painful coolscultping done, multiple sessions, and it didn’t do a single thing to my stomach. And now I’m paying on a $4,000 loan with a 19.99% interest rate for absolutely nothing. Worst decision ever!!!!!
I had several treatments done before the COVID closeout. When I made an appointment after Ideal Image reopened, they told me that too time had passed and I can’t get the rest of the treatments done. I felt that it is an unfear decision because it wasn’t my fault. That being said, I paid full price for only half treatments that had to be done, according to the contract.
Simran was so wonderful to work with! She was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend her to anyone! She’s great!

I came here for Botox and Juvederm lip filler. I was nervous bc after purchasing the membership I saw a ton of negative reviews on yelp.
Im so happy I went. The Botox kicked in about 2 days after for me and my face is now frozen just the way I wanted. There is no botox dilute here.
Love love love my lips. I usually get Ultra Plus but the tech recommended Vobella and Im obsessed. The shape is so beautiful. We enhanced my bow and gave an overall fullness. I get so many compliments.
Im glad I came here and now have the membership for further discounts. Will be coming back for sure!
