Simran was absolutely amazing! She was thorough, timely, and kind! Will definitely request her for next time!
The last two appointments were cancelled by the call center. When I came in on time for my appointment the front person was refusing to get me in. She was fairly rude but after I refused to leave she miraculously got me in. I also still have hair growing in. It’s not as thick but after almost 18 months you would expect better results. I mean the person who sold me the package told me I wouldn’t need regular appointments. So, I probably wouldn’t recommend you to any of my friends.

Destiny has been my provider a few times and never ceases to amaze me with her skills. Last time I had her I said I was disappointed in the amount of hair growth and she did the area twice and I got the results I was hoping for. Thank you for great customer service Destiny 👏
In the consultation I asked about numbing cream and I was assured I did not need it. It wouldn’t be painful. Well… it was bearable but I think numbing cream would be great since it was the first time and the intensity will be going up?! It should not be an extra charge. It should be included In the service to make the client as comfortable as possible. I know a clinic does that in CaliforNia, so I am not sure what is stopping ya’ll.
Yesterday I saw Theresa and today I saw Kailey. They were both amazing! Also the gal at the front desk today was great. I used to go to Tukwila location and I was dreading transferring to Tacoma since I moved, but it has been such a great experience so far. My only concern is that in the Tukwila location they did not use those special goggles on me when they did my upper lip as they did in the Tacoma location.
Excessively expensive! 5 times higher costs than very similar services! If you decide not to use them and cancel your appointment, you will still be obligated to pay 100% of the services you originally agreed upon. They offer no refunds. Very poor business practice!
Jaylyn was wonderful, she was very patient and kind when I tried to open a account with the loan company. Which unfortunately didnt work I guess.
This was my second laser treatment, with there being a 6+ month long gap between this one and my first (I’d recommend not waiting so long in between like me). I had a great experience overall! Simran was so kind and super attentive. She made it a point to work quickly and check-in with me often, with my whole appointment over in like 15 minutes or less! Knowing I have Simran + some numbing cream the center helped me receive makes me not dread these appointments as much!!

Phuong’s excellent patient, care obvious knowledge and stellar technique put me at ease and I felt like I was being taken care of by the best. If I had to fly across the country just to make sure Phuong is the one doing my treatments, I would.
Great experience; at first I was uncomfortable but the workers were very encouraging and informative. Little to no pain only when running but I love that I can continue working out and no downtime is needed. Only wish I had more time to complete multiple sessions

I had Aloni as my provider for laser treatment and she did an amazing job, very attentive and kind. Could not recommend her enough.
