I was so nervous for my first appointment but my provider made me feel very comfortable and was very informative.
Destiny was amazing! Explaining everything to me since it was a first time having laser hair removal. She took it easy when it got a little uncomfortable. The whole staff that I was in contact with was amiable and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Great office!

Not that great for what I paid
I went in and got a loan to get some area’s cleaned. With a lifetime guarantee that is no longer offered because of the new life time guarantee club that you pay subscription for. Not only did my hair grow back but they want to charge me in addition for the life time guarantee that they failed to accomplish… And when I went in to get a touch up to fix the areas i had gone in for they said i would have to pay for each appointment on top of paying my instalment loan. Which when I asked that covid kept from keeping a proper schedule with them they offered an appeal to give me more appointments covered under the installment loan. I said okay and appealed and they would call and make an appointment when they heard back and that i would also receive an email. I received the email but no call. And being busy I hadn’t been able to call them and schedule them because I either forget to call because the last in my mind is my hair or because I don’t have the time. And one thing businesses like this care about is the cash grab. They don’t care as long as you pay. There is no customer service! They don’t care about calling you and seeing if we want to make a new appointment if there was grow back. None. They just get paid and make you do everything playing passive not for the customer.

From start to finish my experience with the Tacoma Ideal Image was great. Welcoming and friendly! Laurie, the nurse I worked with, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. I appreciated her ability to share knowledge that was relatable through experience. I look forward to visiting again.
I just finished my 8 sessions of laser hair removal and here is my honest review:
PROS: it works, it will lessen the amount of hair growing, but dont expect that you will be hairless. You might end up getting few more sessions aside from the package.
CONS:
-Once you cancel your appt, it will take you almost 2 months to get a rescedule. so the package I think includes laser for 18 months. so I ended up getting only 6 or 7 i think.
-4/8 sessions, i got laser burns, on my back thigh, underarms and peri area. I told them about it, but they didnt really do anything about it, I had my last treatment this month, and ofcourse, I got laser burns again.
– it hurts , on my 2nd to last, I was offerred lidocaine cream. lol. I was like, why you only offerred it now? im almost done with the package.
Staff was friendly and helpful!
Everyone working that day was considerate and efficient. The procedure went well…no more muffin top 🙂
