The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They really make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The facility itself was also very clean and easy to navigate.
I can not get in to the Tacoma Clinic at all! I have to drive an hour to Tukwila to get seen and I can’t do my appointments on one day… I gotta make multiple day appointments for my procedures. I am very angry that I signed up for this. It’s costing me more than I expected due to having to commute for services WHEN and if they can even get me in at other offices. Completely disappointing
The Tacoma office is amazing! The staff is very friendly, and Candise was very helpful. Definitely recommend.
I dont appreciate being charged $299 for a laser hair removal service that one, I never used and do not plan on using. When I originally signed up, it was for cool sculpting, which by the way, did not work at all! I honestly am pretty upset that I wasted $5k on a service that doesnt work. Buyer beware

My experience was horrible. People were snobby. I didnt even do all the sessions I paid for, canceled pretty early on, and never received a refund for the $1,000+ for the rest of the sessions paid for. Here I am a year later, being charged for a membership I didnt sign up for. The guy at corporate told me that when I purchased the sessions, I was given the membership pricing. How can you force a membership on a customer and not tell them about the membership? He canceled it but told me theres a 20 dollar fee for canceling. So I’m not even getting refunded the full 300 from the membership charge.

Aloni is the best provider I’ve had here! I have always bruised after botox and after her treatment I didn’t! She took her time and listened and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She did my laser hair treatment also and was the most thorough provider I’ve had!
The consultant was friendly and very professional. I was very comfortable. I appreciate that it was a woman consultant I had to show my body to.
I was told that it is $299 for the membership fee but seeing these comments saying it’s $250 makes me wonder if I’m being scammed, I was told that there’s a promotion rn. Also I wasn’t even told during the consultation that there are no refunds, I felt coerced into signing the contract.
I had my third laser hair removal on my full legs and it was quick, easy, and worth the money! And the staff is wonderful.
