Professional, personable, funny, friendly
I have been going to Ideal Image for longer than I’d like to admit. Everything was peach the first few years. I received my Botox treatments every few months. Then they sold me laser hair removal during the pandemic. I liked the discount so I was happy. When they reopened scheduling was a bit hectic. Understandably. Everyone was trying to get in. So many new nurses. New staff at the front desk. No one seemed like they cared. I had to keep calling and emailing to get things scheduled. Something changed during that time. They sent from being a caring med spa to money driven corporation. They told me I needed to do the membership to get the best deal possible. I did that two years in a row. Never received and free service. When I was there two weeks ago and the nurse told me that price for injections went up, I said bug I have the membership. She said it doesn’t matter. To get the discounted price you’ll need to purchase 100 units! Wow!!!
To that I said so what am I getting by paying the expensive membership price. Sad said you get one free service bug only until the second month after the renewal. I told her I was never aware of that. She said dad can check and see if they can make an exception but she’s never seen it happen.
She poked me, took my $500 and I was on my way.
No follow up, nothing!
I call a week later to tell them I am but happy with the results and I’d like to come back for correction. They schedule me and I go in. Nurse says well it hadn’t been full two weeks so I will need to come back since these may not be the final results,
When I question why they didn’t tell me that over the phone – she says thr people that make these appointments have no medical experience.
Great!
So these last 2-3 years have been a nightmare! No care, no customer service or emphaty. Pretty sad!

CLINICIANS ARE VERY PATIENT AND KIND.
I went for lazer hair removal. Actual treatmen was 5/10 quality – hair was removed in patches and not thoroughly at all. Did not know I need to explain to the lady I want a thorough hair removal. Also make sure they really explain their membership. Turned out I signed up for lifetime and they charged me even though I was not going there at all for the whole year and when I canceled I was charged a $20. Just another business that cares more about $ then quality of their work or service. Will keep charging any card you give them.
The nurses are amazing and super professional. They are gentle and kind! What is not amazing is their business practices. Paid for a $250 membership to guarantee my Botox at $8.90 a unit only to be told they have to buy 100 units or more to get that price. That is not what we agreed to and not what I signed up for- SO WRONG !!!! BUYER BEWARE!
I have attempted several times to gain an understanding of my billing. The Co. inability to clearly and adequately account for the money I have spent has created a distrust. The product/procedure, delivery and technicians have been wonderful. The CO. lack of monetary transparency is deceptive.
Such an awful place. Tons of money down the drain because the nurse did the procedure wrong and was incredibly disrespectful in the process.
I message question about service on Facebook and the company contact me the next day. It was easy and fast to set up consulting, payment and appointment.
Aloni was very contentious and seemed to know her job well. She was concerned about my comfort and made adjustments throughout my BBL to meet my needs. I will definitely come back!
I’ve been coming here for 8months for laser hair removal and while I love the results I do not love the process lol! I know beauty is pain but mannnn laser on dark skin like mines just hurts, so I always feel bad when I have to ask the nurse to bear with me if I flinch or yelp🤦🏽♀️
But Simaran was so patient and understanding🙏🏽 she just talked to me the whole time, had me laughing and engaged in conversation so that I was distracted and before you know it we were done💃🏽

The treatment went well but I didn’t feel a warm welcome while I was there. I was expecting a little more pleasantries after spending that much money..it wasn’t a bad experience but I felt like it could have been better. If the coolsculpting works then I’ll be happy but it’s too soon to tell.
The process was explained very well.

Aloni was wonderful. She was very professional, caring and made me feel at ease. She explained the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She helped me in choosing other procedures for the near future. The room was clean and at a good temperature. I would recommend this clinic.
