Lindsay was great. Super friendly and helpful.
Remy and Sabrina are so sweet and my treatment was great as always.
I look forward to my appointment every time. Each provider is so kind and considerate. Remy was especially awesome today – she saw me earlier, took time to answer some additional questions I had, and really was excited with me about the results and progress. The front staff is always warm and friendly too.
Great information and laid back no pressure .

From the time I did my over the phone/Zoom meeting consultation, to my actual appointments (so far I’ve been to 2), everyone I have worked with has been so nice and helpful. They really explained everything and made sure I was taken care of. They are very pleasant and wonderful to work with. They get me in and out of my appointments quickly, but always make sure to address any questions or concerns I have without feeling like I’m being rushed.
Update: Still amazing! I’ve had multiple providers at this point do my appointments and every one is absolutely amazing!
I went in for an appt for a single area recently and Remy was my nurse. She completed my treatment but when she realized she had extra time and that I was waiting quite a while for other appointments, she treated other areas and helped me get things scheduled more conveniently for future treatments. She was absolutely wonderful at keeping me as relaxed as possible when some of the areas were more sensitive. Thanks so much Remy!
Staff is very friendly and very fast checking in and out. Laurie she very nice and she make me feel comfortable and she very quick. She got me in quick and out. I love her professional.
Botox wasn’t working good. I am still having the 11 on my forehead and the filling doesn’t look right
I was in the middle of treatment when covid shut everything down, I received notification that ideal image was not booking appointments till further notice, after many months and many unanswered phone calls later I finally was able to speak to someone. I was able to resume my treatments only to be told that my contract was up and I would not be receiving the final 2-3 treatments that were part of my plan.
I was never contacted to resume treatment when the offices re-opened, this is very poor customer service, I am not happy with my experience at ideal image.
I am so grateful for the Ideal Image team! There were some issues with scheduling my initial appointment due to staffing shortages, but they worked hard to get me in there as soon as possible and were very helpful with the process. Remedio was the best and I hope to continue the whole process with her because of how great she was with customer service! I had come in and gotten completely ready to begin hair removal, but because they didn’t have an LPN in the building (or some similar role), they couldn’t go through with it just to be safe and legal. I was totally understanding and didn’t mind having to reschedule, but Remy actually bought me a coffee to make up for it! Talk about personal. Later they had to call me and reschedule again, but Remy was super intentional and flexible with getting me on the schedule ASAP! She is also very quick and great at what she does. I was initially hesitant about getting laser hair removal, but now that I have begun the process I would never go back. Thank you so much, Ideal Image Tacoma!
