Excellent service
My entire experience has been the best. The office was able to set my appointment quickly, the procedure was also scheduled quickly. Each time I enter the office, I am met with pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable staff. The staff take pride in their work and it shows. Dr. Pratt & his nurse were reassuring and educated me on the process and expected outcome of my proceedure. Both have an amazing chair side manner that was professional and compassionate and at times fun. I highly reccommend Dr. Pratt and his staff to everyone. Anything to do with my eyes will be done in this office! Thank you for an incredible experience!
Dr. Woodman is very good at what he does. He is caring and patient. The surgery center is top notch.
Love everyone just concerned why Dr Pratt didn’t use the special tube in now after the first three tubes came out on my end it’s about the money side!

Nurse injector Lucy is fantastic. You can tell she cares for her patients by the way she greets them, treats them & follows up with them. She’s clearly not there to oversell Botox or filler-she’s not just slinging jumbo lips, frozen foreheads or Instagram trends. She genuinely wants you to have a pleasing aesthetic & treats injecting as an art & service not to create a drive thru, copy+paste face. Her kindness & authenticity are evident. I’d choose her as my injector over and over.
