Droopy eyelid surgery by Dr Pratt yesterday. Too soon to tell of he corrected my problem, but I can sure give kudos about the way it was handled, especially the team of personable, super efficient RNs and the anesthesiology. I’ll review again in two weeks regarding results.

I had a full facelift, necklift and brow lift. Also laser resurfacing and I look 20 years younger. The whole experience was wonderful. The cost was fair and the staff warm and professional. The results speak to Dr Pratts experience and artistic sense. People know something is different but they aren’t sure why. That’s how natural my face looks. I’m very happy.
Dr Perry is a very caring and knowledgeable professional. He cares about his patient, and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand .I needed an eye procedure done and he explained everything very clearly. After the procedure, he personally called to make sure I was okay to to answer any questions I may have. The office staff was courteous and friendly. You get appointment reminders by phone and text messages so you won’t miss it. They also let you know the expected patient co-pay before the procedure so there is no surprise. Appointments are generally very prompt without long waits which are common in many other medical facilities these days. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Perry and this facility to my friends. You will be in good hands with them.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Check in was fast and wait time was minimal. Dr. Pratt listened and explained his recommendation. Procedure and follow-up were scheduled in less than a week.
