Horrible bed side manner, not gentle or considerate when measuring or moving your breasts to show you the changes. I felt like an object. I’ve been to a couple different places as I’ve moved and had insurance changes and such, so I’ve met different surgeons. This seemed to make him mad for some reason and he kept asking why I’ve seen so many and what were their names and where were they located. As if it really mattered to him? The entire interaction felt like a bad job interview. Just for him to submit some papers to insurance to see if they’ll cover anything made my free consultation become $325, which thankfully I have good insurance and makes it $35. It would have been nice to have been told that but it’s $35 dollars not a big deal. What sucks is that when I was simply curious about the charge and asked the girl why it was that much she was immediately snappy and defensive. I get that she probably has people trying to demand her take away claims or wave bills often, but I wasn’t doing that. I just wanted to know, the rudeness was uncalled for.
I can’t speak highly enough of the services and staff here. I have been going to Stephanie for Botox and fillers and am so, so grateful I found her. She is always patient, asks the right questions to ensure my outcome will be what I’m looking for and she is incredibly kind and honest. Her artistic eye and experience with injections, as well as the OR, makes her absolutely excellent at what she does… I highly, highly recommend this Med Spa!

MUST READ if you suffer from CHRONIC PAIN: Dr. Ehret, does not care about your medical concerns, and has no problems saying so.
I was denied for a breast reduction because Dr. Ehret believed I would “look best” removing 400 grams from my larger breast; medical requirement are minimum removal of 450 grams. I requested a revision to the request sent to insurance, as my priority is pain reduction and quality of life. His office emailed me the following response: he would not change the request because “With his back ground of plastics he does breast reductions for the aesthetics not for pain.”
My email response: “That seems like a prejudice; I know I will look gorgeous even if I had no breasts. I suppose I am glad he won’t be doing my surgery as our priorities are clearly misaligned.
I will be sure to pass this information on so that people like me don’t have to endure the frustration of waiting for months for an appointment, that was known from the beginning to be an insurance related appointment, just to have a person decide what would make me look my best and not care about what brought me there in the first place. Honestly, what does it matter to look a certain way if I can’t move? ”
I feel powerless and sharing my experience is the only way I know how to stand up to the injustice and insult. Please, do not go to this clinic if you need actual medical support.

I had eyelid surgery with Dr. Pratt and he is very hands on, open about the procedure and a very talented surgeon with years of experience and above all, very witty, which I like. The procedure was easy and painless. Recovery was awesome, no drugs needed at all. His surgery center nurses are awesome and very comforting. Billing staff are wonderful along with the front desk. I am so happy with my experience that I would recommend this facility to anyone trying to decide on surgery. Thank you for making my experience wonderful.
Dr. Pratt did an amazing surgery on my upper eyelids. It was completely pain free, not even a Tylenol was needed! My journey started with cataract surgery. Dr. Anderson at Evergreen eye surgery in Tacoma referred me due to my ultra sagging eyelids. From my first visit with Dr. Pratt I was made comfortable with the procedure. He explained everything and answered my many questions. Surgery day was absolutely perfect. Before I knew it I was in recovery and could see so much better. He took the mini ball cap eyelids off and I could see! Recovery was simple and again, no pain at all!! Thank you Dr. Pratt and your remarkable staff! My before and after pictures tell the whole story!!!
I have had filler once before at a different clinic and was not happy. Bruised really badly and did not get the results I was expecting. This time I chose to see Stephanie Gaston at Aesthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa. She explained the different types of fillers and what I could expect from each. Together we decided which would work best for my specific need. I was very nervous about bruising but she was very careful. She was very gentle as well, not the same aggressive manipulation that I experienced at the other clinic by a doctor no less. After my procedure I do not have any bruising and I am happy with the results. I would highly recommend Stephanie. If I was not happy I was going to stay away from fillers completely. Now I am comfortable to consider other areas knowing Stephanie has such a caring and gentle touch while injecting.
Just had a Hydrafacial with Rachel. It was wonderful. My skin is glowing. Rachel was genuine and explained each step along the way. She also saw something that she wanted to try the laser on ‘just to see’ if it might work-a bonus for me! She went above and beyond. I will definitely be visiting her for my face care in the future. Brigid is warm, friendly and very professional. She put me at ease and makes me feel comfortable. She didn’t push procedures on me and cared more about my being satisfied and happy with the outcome. Brigid know what she is doing. I would recommend her and the spa to others. Brigid have made such an excellent job with me that I don’t look fake or over done. I always get compliments on my lips, face and skin in general. Thank you Brigid for what you do. Your procedures have help me gain more confidence in myself.
I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the process, but I was delighted both with the care I received and the results. I had various things done with my eyes and the areas around them. Every time I looked in a mirror prior, I would always notice the problems. Afterwards, my eyes issues were corrected and now they are even pretty! I highly recommend Dr. Woodman and the entire staff.
