I have been going here for a year now and absolutely love it! Jocelyn is amazing at my lashes and very excited to get my first facial in a week. ❤️
Had a great facial with Sarah and wonderful massage with Joy. Both super sweet and nice to receive services from. The salt room was very relaxing and the overall ambiance of the spa was fabulous! Already booked my next appointments- will be a regular here for sure!
The whole experience was wonderful! The online booking process was smooth. The staff at the front was super friendly & welcoming during check in. The esthetician I saw for a chemical peel was Alexa and she was was amazing and super knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing service, very welcoming and comfortable environment, extremely relaxing and was very confident in the professionals helping my skin! They taught me so many things I didn’t know before about my skin’s details. I felt absolutely amazing after and want to go all the time!

Solei Day Spa is INCREDIBLE! I was having some trouble with my skin and booked a facial with Sokha and she has absolutely transformed my skin! She recommended products to me based off my skin concerns, which I bought, but never did I feel pressured to buy anything. I have since come back for a couple of peels by her and have noticed a drastic change in my skin. My whole family has since been booking facials with her and we have all had outstanding experiences.
Friendly, polite, and informative staff. The atmosphere is always relaxing and calm. I feel pampered every time no matter what service I am having done. Alexa has been the best to work with on improving my skin concerns leading up to my wedding! Micro needling and peels have made such a difference.
Solei offers services and an atmosphere that are unlike any other spa in the vicinity. Gorgeous space, relaxing, and posh without being pretentious. The staff is knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly.
Hallee Jo did amazing. The whole staff was very friendly. It’s a very nice place, I felt pampered and relaxed.
The massage therapist here is really amazing. She listened well to what I was looking for and helped loosen some tight muscles which is ultimately what I wanted. As far as overall experience goes I would give it a 4.5 out of five since it was my first time there, I kind of felt like a fish out of water in a day spa…I was also interested in learning more about what the place had to offer afterwards and it felt a little transactional, don’t get me wrong it’s a business but please sell me on what you have to offer 😅. I gave it a 5 though as opposed to a four because it was overall exactly what I was hoping for as a massage experience. Also the little waiting room is really cute and has a nice ambiance! I recommend avoiding the Keurig coffee and sticking to tea.
I’m 6 weeks postpartum and getting a facial was the first thing I’ve done for myself in a while. Solei & co. Was the perfect choice. Amy, my esthetician, was so great especially since this was my first facial ever she explained the entire process to me and what she was doing the entire time. I was able to relax for the first time in six weeks. I would recommend Solei & Co ten times over and I’m planning to bring my mother and my mother in law in when they come visit to!
Great results and service
I’ve have visited this company for massages and other services for many years (when they only had the Lakeland location). I was excited to attend the wellness event and purchased one of the massage specials. For the special, they do not offer you to store your items in the lockers or change into the robe. This was disappointing and not what I expected. I was also very disappointed with the wellness fair portion. It was very disorganized. I was escorted into the space after waiting for the front desk attendant to check out all the people that just got serviced and check in all the people waiting for their service. and offered a wellness shot. But that is I was excited to attend the wellness event and purchased one of the massage specials. I was very disappointed with the wellness fair portion. It was very disorganized. Upon entering the space I was offered a wellness shot. But that is where my experience ended. No one explained the offerings or invited me to try one of the services. I had indicated which items I wanted to do during my RSVP. I expected a schedule or an employee to acknowledge me while in the event space. I awkwardly stood around while ignored until I finally left. I would not participate in a special event again. Overall I feel like the quality of the spa has significantly decreased.

I recently enjoyed a custom facial for the first time here. My service was so relaxing and my aesthetician was really knowledgeable and accommodating. The spa is very well thought and every little detail made the experience that much more luxurious. I wish I could’ve enjoyed everything longer. Next time I’ll book two appointments so I can enjoy the other amenities they offer. I highly recommend treating yourself to a spa day here.
Went to a baby shower there. The gathering facilities were very nice. The amenities were exceptional.
