I purchased a gift massage for my girlfriend after a particularly stressful week. She’s no stranger to massages and has enjoyed them around the world because of her profession. Anyway, it was a one hour massage and she came out raving about how wonderful the entire experience was and that she wants to make it a regular on her own dime because of the enjoyment and professionalism experienced. I’m next 🙂

This review is really for a “no star” service. I bought my guy a Swedish massage package for his birthday which happens to be 9/11. Celebrating his birthday on this day is tough enough and I wanted him to feel pampered. He arrived and was not offered any of the personalized amenities that I paid for. He witnessed lesser treatment and nothing like the package listed. Not cool.
I was gifted a elite massage package for my birthday yesterday, 9/11. I wanted a relaxing day but instead when I showed up, I had no choice in the matter. No choice for the amenities they offered. The girl at the front desk just said it was a 120 minute massage and that was it or I could cancel the service. Not very friendly. This was not what was purchased for me for my birthday.
After my massage I witnessed clients being brought water while I had to go out front in my robe to get mine.
Where was the service I witnessed other clients receiving? I felt abandoned and scammed after the experience.
Went for a facial and eyebrow wax. The esthetician was great and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Very calm and rejeuvenating environment. They even made me tea!
This spa is amazing, from the calming and beautiful decor layout to the outstanding ladies who performed on me. The products that were used on me were absolutely Heavenly from the smell to the feel, such a calm and peaceful environment and the salt room kept me in zen. Needless to say, I floated home afterwards and still feeling very much at peace thanks to Ginger who worked my stress out to Kelly resetting my chakra who was my Reiki guide. Looking forward to returning for some more needed relaxation! If I were you, book it now! Thank you!

My massage was with Trent! And holy moly he was fantastic! He listened to what I wanted and needed and was hilarious! He was super in tune with helping me relax for most of the massage and then towards the end, started chatting with me. It was so nice and he was so sweet! See you soon, Trent! 🙂
